she should get benzyl benzoate cream and buy mectizan pills , it's very cheap except if Nigerians decide to make it expensive , it's hot on the skin so she would have to bear the burning sensation it wouldn't last long than 45 minutes before it cools down , reinfection is the problem as most people get reinfection due to poor hygiene, administration of mectizan should be 5 tablets at once to be taken weekly and benzyl benzoate should be used or 4 weeks , all used clothings should be qaurintined, tied in a refuse bin bags as scabies also known as skin lice , can't live without blood for up to 4 days , when bathing she should flush her skin with lots of water to evacuate dead cells and eggs from her skin surface , avoid sex and close body contact with children, avoid heat because heat agitation makes scabies mites move and the borrowing causes the itching and bacteria excretion causes swells and rash

Scabies is caused by the female mite Sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis,. Your Beecham ampiclox is an anti bacterial drug that is active against Bacteria not a mite. The itching is as a result of the body's reaction to the mite.
