Get a small saving box, you can either buy or meet a carpenter to construct one for you. Each day you have the urge to play bet, try to discipline yourself enough to put the money inside the saving box. Now listen, don't expect to quit betting instantaneously, trust me it won't work. Try to reduce the amount of money you bet per day. Then put the bigger amount in the saving box. By so doing, you would gradually stop betting and save yourself some shopping money for xmas
