I remember passing by a mad woman sometime in 2016. As I walked passed her, I felt a heavy slap on my shoulder gbaaaa!! The force with which he used to hit the moving bike caused a terrible accident. The passenger was almost also hit by an incoming vehicle while the rider sustained injuries. Worse still, the madman was still dragging the fallen bike until people rushed and intervened but nothing could be done to the madman and he was set free.
