Where were you born and where are your parents from?

Lets start from there.

Is it OK to apply for Canadian visa right after a US denial. some rotations can be done in Canada and I just have 16 weeks to complete this medical degree. However, some school of thought is that its not adviseable since they share the same database and a US recent denial ll pop up on the canadian application.

No, you can't.
You aren't allowed to bring anything to the venue.
Go with a friend or family nice and patient enough to wait wait wait outside with your belongings, or just pay the security guys some cash to hold for you.

If you drive, keep them in your car.

Ok, so you're a Republic of Benin Citizen then.

If you have a Nigerian Resident permit then I think you can apply for the US visa from Nigeria but if not then you'll have to apply in Republic of Benin.

That's not true.

Indian Citizens also get denied US visas at the same rate Nigerians Citizens get denied.

Now in the case of British Citizens they do not require US visas to enter the US. They are with one of the Countries who has the US visa Waiver Program to visit the US.

Hopefully in the coming decades Nigeria might be one of the Countries to be included in the US Visa Waiver Program....hopefully it won't be in my dreams...lol! cheesy

Hmmmm, Hian, that might happen in another 50 trillion years, visa Waiver ke for Nigeria , the population might likely remain 10 million in Nigeria if the US does that because 190 million might likely go enter ship from Wharf / Tincan island and others will use airplane to run, who no like to touch "IN GOD WE TRUST CURRENCY" live and direct in the United States of America, the land of opportunities, even with all the guns, Trump
Wahala, Democrats / Republicans brouhaha

Buhari pikin go prefer to drink hot Starbucks Coffee in the US soil with hope for a better tomorrow than the one located and sold in Daura -Katsina with hopelessness, on a flip side, The UAE was granted visa free status to the Schengen zones by the EU couple of years ago, (around 2015).

Oyinbo no dey Craze, dem no say UAE Na good country and their citizens hardly travel out of the UAE and they have visionary /pragmatic leaders that are developing the country for their citizens while on other hand dem no say na kulikuli leaders aka chop I chop leaders Na him plenty for Africa and hence with all the resources in Africa, it's in private pockets with millions of Africans living in poverty and frustrations and hence the constant quest for migration to the Western world for economic / greener pastures tongue

What am saying is if a British man or any other european countries try this with their B1/B2 I don't think may deny them..

Why should I mind my own business? Do you think this forum is a playground, do you expect me to shut up and allow more than 5 yrs of hard work go down the drain because we can't caution you from giving out wrong info?
The only thing we have on this forum is ''Integrity'' if you think it's easy start your own forum instead of making this uncomfortable for a lot of people.
Please I beg you, let us be guided.

Nigeria has come a long way, but it's sad that we went the wrong way! There was a time that Nigerians could get a visa on arrival in New York. There are Nigerians still alive that can attest to this. My parents used to spend Naira in NY and also in London. BTA of 500 Naira per person was big money back then. Don't doubt it, one day we will have waiver status. We are going to collect our ancestors entitlements!
