You cant make up rules as you go, because that by definition is lack of standards. The school had no rules that covered sex OFF-CAMPUS and therefore based their decisions on emotions not substance.

That's an institution that's supposed to be enlightened and rational In decision making not dancing to the gallery and being sentimental. It's not a traditional court or religious court...no wonder they are qualified as glorified secondary school yet seeking international recognition.

I think a good lawyer can win this case in the girl's favour. The school's rules and regulation begins and ends within the school environment or any other place within the school's jurisdiction. Do they know how many students in such religious schools that book hotel rooms in nearby towns just to have sex during breaks before going to their respective homes? This is a consensual sex outside the campus during school holidays, that it was made public doesn't make it a crime. Proper counselling or at most suspension would have sufficed.
