Speaking about this case, no amount of emotional blackmail can make the US back out and give a waiver to someone guilty of fraudulent act. He can't claim ignorance not to know T&C or law affairs in international business dealings. There are principles and guidelines to make this happen. I don't know the motive behind this but it could be tax evasion or cutting corners to fast track his business.

investigation has been on since 2010 and was concluded in 2018. Trust me they have evidences against him before they can go to court to issue warrant of arrest and seize the $14m in the accounts linked to him

That is a good justice system but over here. authorities we arrest you first before investigation .They(US) we investiigate you before arrest

They have to expunge such laws in our constitution
