Nigeria made the greatest revenue under this government and ended up in poverty under that government. Billions of dollar stolen. They looted all the oil money they made at over $100 / barrel the highest revenue in the history of Africa and borrowed heavily saving no kobo. When a highly placed person is accused of crime in Nigeria, they can afford to evade justice either through political connection or affluence because it's Nigeria na where you can buy your way through.
