I can assure you that you can pass through 4 stages in 4-5 days including their video interview and then boom you won’t hear anything from them again in months. Infact it is when they start see them advertise another vacancy you will know you haven’t heard from them the last time you applied.

No mind them, they want the kind thing wey someone do me some time ago. When i waited for a month after the final interview with the CEO, which the CEO gave a green light but did not hear from the HR. I started calling every 2 weeks and the HR keeps on telling me before the end of the week she would get back to me, for like 2 months we continued in that pattern till I get a regret mail the third month.

People don't know the more we push people the more the potential for them to fail us or break our heart with lies.

The other one was saying some of us have not had enough recruitment experience. While this isn't an achievement, I want to point out that this is a faceless forum and as such, make I keep quiet.

Things needed to be done rightly and people needed to be carried along- accountability and transparency. People have the right to request info from officials that they entrusted their resources with. This is an important part of transparency and accountability- holding your officials accountable.

I used the Standard Chatered Bank because I’m sure many GTs will have that experience.

I’m sure you know “recruitment” is an internal policy. No one here is aware of the internal processes that this recruitment will take before being concluded. For the GMD to talk about the recruitment during a town hall meeting with staff means the recruitment is still in process and he ended it with “soon”. It’s not even up to a month yet since he made that statement and we are this impatient.

One day, you will get to a managerial position, then you will understand its better to take your time before taking final decisions on issues.

I had a similar experience.

Calling out NNPC on Twitter wouldn't make them give you an exact date...unless we enjoy hearing 'SOON'. Most likely, that's what they'd keep saying.

My challenge isn't even with folks calling them out but with the way some people bash others on this thread, I am pretty sure not everyone would be calm enough to express themselves.
