Unlike us, oyibos take holidays VERY seriously.

Negotiations for one of my geo domain sales that I reported here started in the thick of Christmas holidays last year (Dec. 27th). The buyer was on holidays in the Caribbeans. She paid on Jan. 4th when she got back to the US.

Something may still come out of this. Geofavour keep the communication open.

As i checked I noticed prices on my domains which I didn't input myself.

When I clicked, I saw smth like this is an estimated domain value by estibot.

My Question will those values be visible too to potential buyers when they view cos I don't want it to scare them. Then I didn't include prices in other places where I listed them- just one and the price showing on epik is even different.

Please what can I do?

If you have you domain listed on epik,you can check under performance tab,you will see a "value" column,thats the estibot value.
But you can check manually by visiting estibot.com.

Note: Dnt take estibot appraisals seriously for geo domains.

Estibot value is just a computer estimated value of your domain name. It wouldnt be visible to buyers that visits you paking page/landing page,only your Bin or makeoffer will be visible..But the estibot value will be visible on Epik market place,i dnt think they'v found a way to manually deactivate it in their market place.

Revoke agreement. The buyer will come back if interested...
Tell Dan to cancel the agreement. You should get the email and details of the buyer. You can then contact buyer privately to find out...

You acquire such domains and hold till infinity. It might take years but buyer will come. LL Domains are precious in any extension.

You can drop the domain name here though, I'd be more than happy to buy.

We're working on both actually. The thing is we're handling the online class for now because of distance barrier. But we have measures in place to make the learning easier and interactive.

We're using Zoom app to have an interactive session with our aspiring domainer. And also a Whatsapp group to deliver more information for individuals that don't have great data connection /budget.

It's likely we hold a physical class as soon as we've the plans structured out.
