Jestin: Some of you just complain stupidly with no sense. What is your own if it's private or public owned? The govt run facilities, how have they fared? Instead of you to be glad that the oil crisis is coming to an end courtesy of this refinery, you must complain instead. Rubbish. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Kudos to Dangote shame on my country by this the entire federation is giving one man I mean one single soul the sole power to create artificial scarcity , determine price , production among many others. Should he choose to frustrate., the govt will be helpless in countering the plight of Nigerians . What a shame. 3 Likes |

It all shows something is wrong with the entity called Nigeria. I still maintain & reiterate that all the billionaires in Nigeria derived their billions from our joint patrimony! Their friends in government compromised at one point or the other. Is it not laughable that Nigeria would now depend on Dangote!! And somebody is saying we would save billions of dollars. Can't Nigeria have viable refineries? Useless government! 2 Likes |

Nels55: OH SHUT UP.... Don't use the products from the refinery or enjoy the benefits, since it's only ''one man's investment''. Add your own investment to it to make it two men nah? Dullard. 1 Like 1 Share |

What exactly are we " saving " ? Why do people talk as if dollars we use for importing fuel won't be used to import something else ? 2 Likes |

Jestin:Isn't it better than relying on private individuals importing fuel, then smuggling it out again after it's subsidized by the govt.............or collecting full payment without importing a single drop of fuel like during GEJ's administration? 1 Like |

Jestin:Would you rather the country depends on private foreign refineries because that’s what obtains at the moment. Government the world over try to provide the enabling environment for businesses to be set up, thrive, expand and grow the economy. We need many more private refineries in all parts of Nigeria to be viable in order to stop the disgraceful situation where an oil producing nation is importing petroleum products. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Shame on Nigerian government for giving this dangote control over the economy.mind you the source of your raw material emanates from Niger delta, therefore one day we will wake up and regulate the influx of raw material to your refinery or better still you can import crude from another country. Hamazz1: Stop talking RUBBISH. Is Nigeria a socialist or communist country? Why should we depend on state-owned enterprises? Can they not also create ''artificial scarcity, determine price, production'' etc? Is that not in fact what they've been doing for the past 30 years with their inefficient refineries? Now the private sector is moving in to provide a better, profit-driven service based on sound commercial principles, and yet you still complain? WHAT THE FUC.K DO YOU NIGERIANS WANT? PERENNIALLY DISGRUNTLED FREAKS. EVEN WHEN THERE IS NOTHING TO BE DISGRUNTLED ABOUT. JUST FCK OFF ABEG, ALL OF YOU. WORTHLESS. YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE ANYTHING GOOD, BECAUSE YOUR FIRST INSTINCT WILL BE TO CRITICISE AND ATTACK IT.... CURSED PEOPLE DROWNING IN INFERIORITY COMPLEX. 2 Likes 1 Share |
