Same thing happened to me today. Two of my calls were rated 5. Then I got that note on them. I reached out go her, and she said it's an internal problem. Doesn't concern us.

If you want to work 10-15 hours a day? Do it. create a work schedule and stick with it no matter what, that's discipline.

You can hit the same minutes if you are not picky with calls, are fast and dedicate most of your time throughout the day to the job.

By the time most of you are waiting for American calls, he has done one or two Fc uk calls.

I remember some 2 months ago, when 200 min was like hitting a landmark for me .. now it's the bare minimum, cos I have doubled that a couple of times in the past 3 weeks or so. So for anyone doubting the possibility of racking up 600+ mins, think again. All depends on how much you are willing to sacrifice for the job. It's as simple as that.

Exactly, what you thought was tough when you started becomes easy as you progress.

Besides, continuously working on calls makes you aware of certain words, beans names and phrases that you would have spent time looking up on the internet.
