2. It's adviced u let domain reach 60days and focus on other non 123-reg domains
3. From what I know, They have no market place, so u can't put price tag

My people, please epp me, I've followed up like twice and the end-user replied that he was interested and dropped his phone number in his signature, I replied him with the link but there was no response from him, few days later I sent him a follow-up and he replied with interest still, but I've not heard from him neither has he purchased it since then, the thing is I need another follow up now but dunno how to put it, I'd really appreciate your contribution.

If it sells, you can let them (afternic transfer specialists) know you prefer a push as its still under the 60 day lock. They in turn should/will contact the buyer if they are willing to take up the name at 123-reg. If buyer agrees, deal goes through. If buyer declines, sale fails.
Although, I do think they (afternic) won't bother to go through all these hassle for a '$200' sale which we see reported here everytime.

Afternic held my money for 56 days till I sent the auth code. It is a win-win. If the sales fails no commission for them. This is business.

And pHone note/pdf for logins and passwords
