the problem is .. I dont know how to get this medicine to you.. there is this herb I and my mum have been using to cure pile since 2007.. to be Frank it really works like magic... but what I dont know is this your case that is from child birth .. but it has worked for many of different years duration..some have been booked for operation before we got to meet

Go to a pharmacy, ask them to give you 'Scheriproct suppository' like 10 tabs.It has a different mechanism of action from annusol.
Insert 1 every night for 2 weeks.
If it doesn't improve,go see a general surgeon.

Could be the reason. Please commence it as if your life depend on it. I observed mine strictly, even beyond the required timeline. Lukewarm water with salt, not only morning and night o. That, also after passing stool...I mean after EVERY VISIT to the toilet. I wish you well bro. I honestly share in your pain cz I've been there. won't pray such for anyone.

If I may ask. Was it a specialist that attended to you? I'm just curious because if your situation was handled by a consultant surgeon at a teaching hospital, the complication should have been manageable. Like I said, sometimes, complications do occur but sadly I'm not a doctor and I don't encourage herbal concoction. 5 Years is a long time. Please, if you have not visited a teaching hospital, do so. General hospital is not bad, but you get to meet with more Specialists at a Teaching Hospital. I wish you well friend.
