The truth has been revealed, we caused the high refusal rate, An Immigration Attorney yesterday showed me the statistics of international students who are refugee claimants which my country is the one topping the list, what a disgrace? Claimant endpoint deportation.

For now I'll not blame the cic officials again. however they're assuming every student is a claimant because of that thought they no longer assess application files truthfully.

A case of Mr John tells me cic officials can beg when you know your right, after two failed application he requested for Judicial Review after his attorney put his defense cic on 23rd dec requested we should settle out of court.

JR is fund intensive but thats the best way if your intentions are truthful.

Canada refusal will affect your future applications to US, UK and Australia because of data sharing, please don't allow canada to screw you up.

I come in peace.

Pls I want to seek ur opinion on whether it's advisable to apply for a study Visa with my last child at the same time(1yr old )i wish to leave the older two with in care of their father and my mother.i don't want a scenario where I'd get Visa and might not be successful securing visiting for my infant. I can't concentrate without him abroad and at same time I don't want to risk refusal because of him.

I feel it's better to apply with the child. In your SOP state your reasons and how you intend combining child care with your studies. You can contact child care centres around your school, add the child to their wait list and include evidence.

Hello,

Open cic.gc.ca, scroll down to the end of the page, click on "contact", when that page opens, click on 'send case specific enquiry', then click 'tell us more'. Follow the prompts from there onwards.

Good luck.

Hello everyone.
I have a question.
I'm an HND graduate I intend to apply to a College for a 2yrs PG diploma in Canada (ON province) although I'm have checked German schools all saying I must start from Scratch for Bachelors.

Since HND isn't recognized by most Canadian Universities someone suggested I apply to a college for a 2yrs PG Diploma in same Field of study for my HND which will fetch me 3yrs PGW Permit then I can continue my immigration process and settle then after some years when I'm able to save up I can pursue my Masters if I want to.

My quest is What are my prospects through this Route to Canada?
Is this route feasible?

Any further advice to help me take the right steps?

Lastly, Although I have not applied to any college I intend to Leave in 2020. Is it possible to apply and leave same year?
Fund's ready.

Thanks NL
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by Bracha: 6:20pm On Dec 28, 2019
Hello,

For this question, there's no proper answer.

You have to consider the cost of child care in whatever province you'll be going to. Will you be able to foot that bill monthly? Coupled with your school fees, rent, and other bills. People gave applied with their children and received the visa, so that isn't an issue.

I don't know if I explained it in a way you'll understand lol

Good luck.

Hello,

I don't know if it's possible. But, speak to your school about that. They have the final say, not us.

Cheers.

Hello,

So we literally cannot tell you what is going on, only the visa office handling your application can. Send them an email and or a case specific enquiry to that effect.

Good luck.

Hi,

If you want to submit a paper application, what you is fill the forms using a computer - use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Then print them out after they have been validated.

Good luck.
