I remember some years back 2015 precisely..I picked a Bible from a pole wall..the Bible has been left there probably for days ..

My husband was strongly against my bringing the Bible home when he saw me with it.

So my husband burned the cards,then flushed the ashes down the wc.
Late into the night...I stood up to go us the restroom...

Glad there was light..which was my saving grace... immediately I open the wc cover to run my business...

I saw a very thin not too long black snake coming out from the wc.
I immediately shut it,then went to call my mai-gida who flushed it down the loo pipe!

That scenery still gives me the kicks till date .what if it had bitten me on my butt?
And I was pregnant then o!

Very unfortunate. May her soul rest in peace. This is the problem associated with bad plumbing work or faulty one. Let us ensure we have net on our windows and make sure the plumbing system is not broken as well as the soak away too. This incident was avoidable.

I guess there was no light when she use the toilet, if not she would have seen the snake.

i think everyone should take precautions from this very sad incident.... the cold season is pushing cold blooded reptiles into warmer places: underneath your bed, pillows, kitchen, wardrobes etc. regular enviromental clean-up is a sure way to stay safe.

Not exactly... Snakes can also thrive in clean environments. Just ensure that you keep ammonia-soaked rags in plastic bags around the places snakes are most likely to be found and you will definitely not see them anymore
