And mind you, defence budget doesn't equate to kitting your soldiers and making them fit. Yes it equates to military hardware but not petty kits like night vision Google's and C4s.

Whereas , the yearly budget for the Nigerian military, where do they usually end up? They get swallowed by Buratai, olonisakin and other generals down to the level of lieutenant. Even a warrant officer will have his own share and you're here saying rubbish.

The $1B dollars that was give to them in 2018 where did it end up. ? grin at least if they had used part of them to get night vision Google's for the Nigerian land forces we go know say Dem do something. At least that will make nightly attacks on Boko Haram deadlier and effective . They wouldn't even spend more than $960,000 out of the $1B. It's okay for you to be daft but don't be extremely daft .. there are ranges and my argument with the kid was that they could have imported some low grade ones and it would still be manageable and better than nothing.
