u don't even know that parents have the right to pick what medical treatment they want for their child...u don't know that if a parent says he doesn't want so so thing the medical personal has no right to force d parents....just like an individual has d right to pick what form of treatment he wants, so is a parent having the right to pick what medical treatment he want for a minor....Lagos State govt will lose the case ......do u know how many of this cases happen in the United state? How many have u heard that d doc forced the blood transfusion for d child when d parents says no....you all claiming u know the law saying rubbish out of sentiment...the parents saying they don't want blood those not mean Dy want d child to die, they only ask for alternative treatment which could av been gotten had it been the hospital coperate with them and their religion....

As a son of an ex-witness, this and many more made us leave the group and made me less religious. I cannot fathom going against commonsense when it comes to health. And to think there are scientific folks who support the parents.

Jw na terrorist organisation,the have succeeded in killing a relative who needed blood after child birth & she died because the terorist organisation denied her a chance of survival,up till now i cant fully understand the spell they cast on my uncle who is now following them around town with a short briefcase preaching trash,anytime is see my uncle i weep at his ignorance because there is no big difference between a cow heading to the slaughter & my uncle,the terrorist group have cause emitty between my uncle & his family,since no one want to follow him or join his believe they are now his enemy,is that not what terrorist organisation teach their members?..f=ck them all

My witness friend used to be from a witness family. Her witness father married her non witness mother and taught her the truth. Her father died and her mother remarried a fellow non witness. Now she's d only witness in her family and she's waxing stronger.

I've only studied with d witnesses for so long and i already have my convictions.

don't worry I will help with d reminder.....we can follow each other on naira land so that when d case end we will be able to reach each other...do u think it is only in Nigeria parents refuse blood for their minor? Why hasn't d govt of other countries sieze d child from d parents...let me give u a brief story in the u.s concerning this blood transfusion and jw.....over 40-50 years ago, this same type of case came up and the medical team forced the child to take blood against d will of the parents, they sued the medical team and u know what, they won. Not only did jw won, they also worked hand in hand with hospitals in the u.s to find alternative treatments for people needing blood maybe during surgeries or what av u and infact in a documentary aired sometime ago in the u s(u will see d video on YouTube) u will see some medical practitioners happy that Jehovah's witnesses refused blood cos it made them research on safer ways of treating people without the use of blood....if u are in d u s and u av any issue concerning blood transfusion just tell them u are a jw and see how they will quickly help u do arrangements of ur own treatment and even call the religion medical team.....no u .s doc will ever think of transfusing blood for a minor without d consent of the parents cos d law says the parents has the right to choose whatever medical treatment he want for the child .....mind u , cos this Nigeria parents said Dy don't want transfusion doesn't mean they said Dy don't want d child to be treated...my guy the story long but Lagos State govt will lose the case. Mark my words

Yes abstain from whole blood, abstain from components.

Now witnesses are not zombies. Like Boreans in the book of Thessolonians, they read the bible thoroughly and build their individual consciences.

Now some of these witnesses argue that certain fractions of blood, after some filtration/seperation can no longer be considered blood, and science agrees. Afterall, these fractions are present in some drugs, some health processes like dialysis, neo-natal feeding etc

These arguments seem sound, and the GB agrees that if your conscience allows you, by all means, suit yourself. So some witness go for fractions, others insist that blood is blood and would not accept fractions of even their own blood.

When people who don't know call JWs a cult. I just laugh. The bible is the common manual for every witness as should be. In cases where the bible does not give a clear command, prayerfully follow your conscience.

Each witness is guided by their own personal convinctions. That is hardly a feature of a cult
