In that aspect Nigerian bosses are terrible. I was. Discussing with an acquaintance some years ago. The nigga was saying if he becomes the owner or senior staff of a company, no puna no job.

It SEEMS I was able to convince him otherwise though.

Yeah I know it is more honorable to resign than to be sacked but I wanted him to commit himself by laying an innocent girl off work for no reason and getting punished. And also For othe staffs and management to believe what ive been telling them its the reason he suddenly started oppressing me. As in... After I refused him on several occasions where he'll come and want to start fundling me in his office, he began to oppress me to the point that his son (was working with us) asked me what I did to the father or is he chasing me? I just looked heplessly at him and couldn't talk. But I'm sure he knew.
I also told a few others, some told me to chop his money bla bla but I couldn't bring myself to do such!
