It is not all sperm that go in...you can also ask your wife to use a pillow to raise her waist abit after sex...All the best.

1 is usually recommended because the tubes or cervix are closer. I hope this helps.

The truth about this sperm coming out is that it can't stop conception.its normal for sperm to come out after sex.buh you can still use doggy style to reduce it.meanwhile both of you should see a gynecologist for some test.

She's not a nairalander. I have asked her to join so she can learn more but she keeps saying since I am here, there no point. And she's a super busy person too, she rarely has time. Thanks mama for your inputs.

Is her period regular? Ovulation might be occuring at different cycle days per month. I ovulated on day 11 the month i took in , unlike the normal 14 and 15th I read online. Follicular tracking helped me and God did the rest. She can try it too

The gynaecologist examine my cervix then said the cervix is normal that nothing is wrong with me, he still asked me to go do TRANSVAGINAL SCAN and I also did HSG X_RAY, they also gave me some fertility drugs and antibiotics, which I took, but no improvement .

You can confirm with a blood pt first before inducing. Local herbs like combo or ajumbaise can draw out period. You can try those one first before going for more complicated ones.
Hormonal test can only be done when your see your period. From cycle day 2/3. Then day 21 for progesterone
