"preparation" is the solution i applied.i mean practice.whenever you are asked to preach or minister.just prepare what you would say,how you would act and the more you prepare and practice,you would gradually overcome or atleast master your stage fright.for example if am introduced to come upstage to minister,i shout a very big prai-----se the lord and by the time they respond with halleluyah my fright would have disappeared.it may just also help when you start with a joke as you come upstage,just feel incontrol and dont make eye contact with anyone just look into space.i did these on the day i did my seminar presentation in school and i spoke excellently and i received a standing ovation from my lecturers & professors.lastly always pray and ask God for help.as introversion is a challenge.
