You don't understand what you're quoting. It's a ranking. Let's assume we are talking about best 10, #1 is the best, #2 is next, #3 is third best and so on... So on the list, #26 is better than #50 and it goes like that.

The performance is generally okay,for the price..

A fair amount of lag is expected but it is still decent..

The battery life is probably its strongest pro,for me..

Not a Camera person,but the pictures are decent too..

The only obvious quirks I noticed has to do with delay or non presentation of the Keyboard for typing, on my third Keyboard App and so far that one has been working okay..

All in all its a decent device,no regrets..
