the north been afraid of this amotekun is an eye opener that the killings are political because so as to give up there lands for the RUGA project..
BUT the awakening of the region after the death of afenifere chieftain daughter made the govs to realized that its getting to there own people too..so i believed its a ploy to intimidate the land owners... the set up and lauched of this security is about the security of the territory of the roads, forest and properties of the Yoruba sons n daughters.. the issue of Oduduwa nation cant be neglected when its time to be birth.. everything takes steps and calculation with vigorous planning to birth a nation.. no godfather or politician can stop that when the Yoruba nation is going to be birthed.. just one or two things and boom.. its done... i dont knw why the north are so bitter about this..

God bless you, I wonder how some people on here now think they are wiser than those governors even those that has never been a class captain in their lives. Amongst them they have SAN and they forgot that each governor has the state attorney general that would have advised. I wonder why the easterners did not kick against it and it’s only from the north. Is that not a pointer to something significant?

For me, I see this Amotekun issue as the Sowore phenomena.

The government made a misstep and instead of trying to correct it, stuck to their guns and turned the whole southern/midbelt region against them.

It us just another proof that this Buhari regime is a directionless government without access to proper intellectual advisers.

The northerners are really displaying who they are and what positions they hold in the insecurity issues in this country. How’s protecting one’s subjects as a governor interpretes to secession? Look at the self acclaimed highly informed man that’s saying what he doesn’t know about the opc. The opc never dealth with anyone based on tribes and we never heard of any tribalism about them. They were brought on board when the menace of the 419ers was at his peak and they actually lived up to the task and as a matter of fact, Yorubas and Igbos were the most affected cos they were more in the business then. Though there is nothing like power that people don’t abuse and even when the menace was cleared and they have little to do and started flexing muscles, they are more at loggerheads with their kinsmen usually to show superiority and not for tribalism. So northerners should just take it that other region has tolerated them so much and they have taken it to far that they have woken up the sensitivity in them, they should deal with it.
