Yeah, the both are the same... the only difference is I can't withdraw money with dollar card in Nigeria.
I used it on my Dropshipping e-commerce website, it gives me less headach.

You'll need to buy raw dollars cash from those Hausas bureau de changer or get from the bank...

that's the only way you can fund it, it can't be fund with naira.

You can't receive money on it yet, until it's activated...

you can't make withdrawal from any naira ATM, unless a dollar ATM.

You can still go apply for the naira card, the dollar card will give you alot of headaches.

Remember you can't send money from that account, except UBA account...

I think so, I've never bought from bank before. you can inquire from the customer care unit.
