Chai! One day 'divergence' and trap don dey fly upandan. No one can satisfy human beings. ![]() Whosoever is talking like this shows he/she doesnt know the reason for buying a particular stock. Anyway, its well. I expect "praises' again should the stocks reverse their price-fall positions. ![]() |

Mcy56:I no check the result ooo na Teni said ABC Transport just announced a profit of N211 million after tax. That approximately 31% returns at the current price of .41 kobo. While it may not be one of the most popular companies in Nigeria and has had a few years of struggling, it remains one of the biggest brands in cross country road transport. In 2019 they made N2.3 billion from trips, N1.19b from haulage, N1.6 billion from load and waybill and N1.7b from selling off their old vehicles. While it is a positive result, it still remains a small margin business with high administrative costs which mean that while they may be making good money, most of the money goes into paying of staff salaries and lots of other business expenses. This may make it an unattractive company for investors because there isnt enough profit margin to make sizable profits by virtue of the business model. Nonetheless, it is a valuable business with useful service to the society. So their work is appreciated. They also spent N1.2 billion on fuel alone in 2019! Whew! Thats alot of fuel. |

What is playing out in WAPCO is what has played out in UACN. like I said earlier in a post, these coys are rebounding from previous years losses, so their pullbacks will be within previous supports. They might be slow but it is surely steady. Those waiting for severe reversals go wait tire. Panic sellers will come back to buy higher. Meanwhile UACN is set to come back again to @10. A little patience is needed. Before it moves again. |

Jejebabaa:I always earmark a certain percentage of my portfolio to buy penny stock that may look promising and yours truly have not regretted all this while. I have tried it with Japaul, Chams, courtville, just to mention a few. To my greatest suprise, these stocks have one time or the other gave me returns that even the so called stocks with very good fundamental have not given me before. NSE is not only about fundamentals but all factors put together. |

Newbies, if you cant withstand the 'heat' sell and book your profit, then wait for prices to bottom out. Remember this market is not always on straight line. If you have investment objectives already, then you may do well to stick to it. If prices goes down/bottom out, you can buy more if you have fund. These oldbies are not helping matters here. ![]() Caveat: My opinion please (based on GTB that joined the race). DD applies. Market MAY reverse tomorrow, dont come for my head. ![]() As for me, I'm still in UBA and not leaving soon. ![]() |
