HELP PLEASE, The oukitel C16 Pro I just got has an issue of GOOGLE PLAY STORE NOT OPENING. It loads continuously with "Searching for info" on the screen. I have also not been able to log Into GMail App on the phone. How can I restore the play store so I can be able to access my choiced apps on the store? |

Hello repairguru, please I need your help on a fairly used phone I bought. I bought a fairly used Huawei Honor CUN-TL00, the 4G variety. I noticed from the very day I took it home that it is very slow when one uses it to browse the internet. It takes a long time to load pages with all the browsers, whether the Google chrome, Opera, UC browser or the pre-installed browser. It dowloads files at a paltry speed of around 12 kbps even though it supposedly has a 4 GB RAM and it's a 4G phone. Sometimes it goes down even lower to 3kbps. I noticed that the network is permanently on EDGE band even though it shows 4G on the phone screen, at the network bars. I have tried everything I could to see if I could boost it, all to no avail. Please do you know what the problem might be? Thanks a lot for your time. |

Please engineer , i have this tecno L9 plus which take 9 - 10 hours to fully charge and when ever i connect it to system it will bring error issue and i have try it with 4 other systems it is the same issue.... Someone told me to change the charging port , i took it to ikeja and i change it still the same issue charging slow and not displaying on system.... Please help i have spend a lot of money on this phone.. |
