You face your job to keep your mind busy during the day. Then endure the hurt at night.

Friends will help. But if your partner has somehow isolated you from your friends, then you are in deep shît. cheesy You go suffer well well.

We need to talk about this,, u might be helping someone,, so when u veiw please drop a comment cause I know all of us has had our heart broken some couple of times,,,

question: how did u get over ur heartbreak ?

Well I read my bible while I cry ,, reading verses that says how God loves me no matter what , I can drop the verse for any one who asks , then I take some acohol , then eat heavy n sleep. The next day I do chores , go to work n get really busy ..continue with the same routine till I am over it , so what about you ?

Hope you are not fat. My advice, always be open to change, that way you will not be taken by surprise.

I've never experienced pain like that, September 2018. At first, I just liked her; I wasn't really in love with her. Over time, we started having sex, then, I started getting used to her and we always pictured a future and a home. I fell in love with her. When everything ended, I couldn't stop the pain. I tried different coping mechanisms, they never worked; I was traumatized constantly thinking about her. I feel pain deeply, as a result of my introverted nature. At this time, I was always by myself, so there was no activity to distract me - I was without any job, I was always home. It was terrifying. I cultivated the habit of reading. Ultimately, I learnt that the ultimate human is that human who has found a way to be happy by himself, and can clearly see himself maintaining this happiness throughout his stay on earth, even without the company of anyone. The way I see it now, a relationship isn't meant to make you happy. At the very least, happiness shouldn't be the primary reason why we get into a relationship.

I've never been heartbroken. All relationships I'd had we ended without no heartbreak, we agreed because I wasn't ready for commitment at the time. I've dated 3 ladies before I got to the point I am ready for a serious relationship. However, while in those relationships, suitors comes for their hands in marriage and when they get to tell me, I let them go after much understanding conversations. They were all great girls. All married now with 3_2_2 kids.

I have only been disappointed not like dashing my hopes totally but it was a relationship I was hoping to spend my life with but the ogbanje spirit in her won't let her understand that life isn't about flirting and material pleasures. After few years, we had a conversation and I walked out. So, in my own case, I've not been hurt but I was disappointed not like regrettable disappointment but the fact that a lady at this time can't calm down to realize that a man is ready to commit to her.

I am simply amazing. You mightn't understand. I break boundaries and barriers and my desire is for all mankind within my jurisdiction at a time understand the beauty of love, happiness and joy in coexistence.

Peace.

Eat as much comfort food as i can. Esp chocolate icecream. Or take a glassful of my favourite redwine. grin
Stroll out in the evening.
Avoid all my friends.

Foremost, enjoy my own dark humor.

cut all communication with him/her. delete thier pictures, numbers, block them on all social media ad even thier calls or change your sim. if you're a Lady, cry it helps. if you're guy, hang around with the guys and drink/smoke( if you do). and make jokes about it.

Seeing love beyond sex, emotion will save u all the headache. I love ladies as a humans like me who has an atom of imperfections,I don't expect them to be GOD, even when their fail in some areas, I still see the need to keep them because their part of the humanity. Breaking of heart comes into place when you see your fellow human as your idol or God that deserve worship.paying least attention, not expecting a human like you to be the centre of your happiness and working on innovative ideas will distract you alot from heart break as you call it.
