Just this morning, I got a debit alert from AlieXpress and was wondering how possible. I thought it must be a problem with Aliexpress since I do shop there.. As i was trying to get to support, I got another debit alert, and yet another.

I had to block the atm through my bank app. I tried looking for my atm and it was nowhere to be found.

It dawns on me that I've lost my atm and someone is shopping with it. Now my question is, is it possible to recover my money through my bank, possibly trace the transaction and know who did it?

I am currently on it.. If not that today is Sunday, I would have been in the bank by now. They are yet to reply my messages in all their social handles..

I'm afraid you can't get your money bank from your bank, let's hope the shopping platform respond before it's too late

dont mislead him. if he cintacts aliexpress support they can possible help him by blocking the transaction. it takes 24hrs to verify payment on that platform. thats enougj time for something to be done.

The shopping platform often offers a refund. There have to be a way to prove to the platform that I didn't make the orders.

This is an issue o. Block the card. Speak to your card issuer/bank. Then try to chat with AliExpress and tell them your card was fraudulently used and you want the order cancelled and the funds sent back to you account. All these may take up to 28 days to investigate and fix

If your ATM card went missing without you knowing it most likely means that it was stolen by someone who is close to you

Report to your bank and Ali Express. They will be able to refund your money and cancel the transaction.
You could also report to security agencies like the police and EFCC so that they can track the culprit with the help of ali Express

While you are on it, also find out who the mole in you closet is. It's very important to know who took or stole your ATM card so as to avoid another occurrence.

I hope you are not one of those who out of YEYE LOVE disclose their sensitive bank details to their boy or girlfriends.

Make sure you go to your bank first thing tomorrow's morning and explain what transpired to them.
(Ask for the department or persons in charge of ATM related issue).

Password not needed in every transaction.

What they need most times is the expire date, the card number and the 3 Security numbers at the back.

It's easy to use any mastercard on AliExpress....

How can not notice you lost your atm card and not notice sir. Because the first action when that happens is to block it. Prevention is better than cure. Stay safe next time sir.

Reporting to those guys is just a mere formality cos they will ask you to give them some money before they start any real investigation

Block your ATM, contact Alibaba to cancel the transactions, contact your bank to also cancel the transactions. You should be good.

Provided you are ready to spend some money, you can trace the Scammer & bring him(them) to books.

First: Report fraudulent activities on your card to the bank.

2nd: Report to the nearest police and seek for investigation into the fraud. You gotta let some cash slip for motivation sake.

3rd: Report to Aliexpress support about fraudulent activities perpetrated on your card. Ask for the Aliexpress account used in shopping with your card with the help of the police...

Someone might have gotten your details from Aliexpress and took out your details!!! (maybe through some tricks in dark web).

It over possible, that's why it is good to always protect your card,the person needs just 3 things.

The expire date, the card number and the 3 numbers at the back.

Some sites won't even ask for confirmation.

Someone close to you stole your ATM card, you didn't misplace it
