Pls house I need a little bit clarification on this......most times I come up against a clause on most financial statement It's called "RESTATED ".......... And all of a sudden numbers from last years figures are now changed usually for worse numbers......,How do you correlate old numbers with restated numbers to obtain a better grasp of the picture being painted by the accountant.... Mcy56:There will be improvement only when the pay at least 30% of their earning as dividend, not 10%. Because paying 10% is a sign that earning improvement is only on paper ( manipulation) not in reality. How will you earn #1 and pay 10 or 15 kobo even 20 kobo? It's fraudulent act. Zenith make at times #6, and pay close to #3. That's 50 %. Upon that they will still improve in their earning come next final year. Fidelity and FCMB should change, always visiting #1.50 every year is as a sign that the earning they always reports is questionable. They should pay us a good dividend. 3 Likes |

Chibuking81: If the Corona virus continues to spread, more countries will ban flights from China or persons who have travelled to China. This will definitely affect trade and oil prices. If the crisis goes into summer period (increased travel and shopping seasons) , this will be disastrous for the world economies. Then lots of countries with enter into recession. 2 Likes |

Thinkbigga: In Paris, shop owners are complaining that Chinese tourist not coming last week during their new year holiday is affecting sales. This automatically means that flights frequency will be reduced. Manufacturers who produce goods to meet that demand are holding unsold goods. Then extrapolate it such that this continues and you understand the magnitude to air travel, trade, tourism, manufacturing. My dear, to your tent o Israel!. 2 Likes |
