They ain’t allowed to be at the interview but she/he can come and wait for you outside and you can take her/his passport with you to the interview(helps too). Cheers to a successful interview.

Now with this law we will see who is really in love with each other and are willing to build the family together with an American partner in Nigeria or any other not so wealthy country. It suppose if Nigerians are banned, now they will do a Fiance(e) or spouse Nigeria visa, if the relationship is genuine. Others will start talking about love to German UK, Canada, etc. ladies abandoning their American "love".

I’m fine. Thank God. We just got married and want to file for IR1 before 22 feb. I read on visajourney that there’s a waiver for spousal visa for banned countries. Our Lawyer will file with writ of mandamus

I am not bitter neither negative. Very positive here, finally it will be easy to see all Nigerian fiance(e) who is who.
and if you are bitter because the American dream is not happening for you, go and cry over there or be a responsible man bringing your American partner and building the real family in Nigeria.

Applying for a Fiance(e) or Spouse visa it's a waste of time and money because of the ban. Wait until the immigrants visas for Nigeria are back again.

please just like Drenimarcus said, try and deal with the red flag(s) before you file, don't worry there's no need to rush, the travel ban suspension will be lifted very soon, I'm positive about that

Hey guys, I know there has been a lot of tension here given the recent development. But deep down I believe it’s just a minor setback. Do not mind some negative comments here from people who don’t have something useful to say. Just stay true to yourself and your partner, remember to put God in all that you do too.

I have been a quiet follower. And it’s quite painful that this is happening at this time. My fiancée will be coming upper week. And hearing this news is really devastating but Everything happens for a reason

She will come don't worry. Am positive about this that the Ban will be lifted soon but the big question is when ?. Also planning on starting the k1 route but everything happens for a reason. Trump will not be the obstacle to our success i just wish he was impeached
