i cant import my contacts and i cant do anything google based. i cant even use apps like truecaller. It's very annoying. Mandarin everywhere cry cry

an uncle brought it to mine complained that he update the phone and it got stuck on boot logo.
the problem now is that, the bootloader is looked, if there anyway i can flash the fone with with recovery or mi flash tools

You need to enter edl mode and with MiFlash install the latest firmware available, using test points method. The procedure requires open the phone and some skill to join the test points. Check YouTube
