I can chose to have whatever number of sims or phones I feel like.
What he should have said is make sure the sim you are using is registered to you, because even the network guys that register the sims now are incompetent. You see them registering 2 different sims for 2 different people under one person. Some will register themself to the sim they will sell to you.
The networks should have ideal offices in different areas where you can register your sim properly, and not the roadside guys that just do the registration anyhow.

I have CUG lines.....I have almost all the networks.

2 main lines and others for data. The CUG LINES are registered in my names but shared among my staffs for office use.

Count all the lines and yhu see I personally have over 15 lines registered in my names.

Does that make me a fraudster?

But the issue of restricting numbers of sim card per individual is a no no. If individuals are not restricted in the numbers of account they can own, it does not make sense restricting the numbers of sim one can own
