I have a problem. I recently bought a k20 pro premium and this thing came with chinese rom.

i cant import my contacts and i cant do anything google based. i cant even use apps like truecaller. It's very annoying. Mandarin everywhere cry cry

So I have come to consult the genius oracles on how I can change this thing to global rom. Thank You

try Google installer to install google service on ur phone. quite simple

By default, k20 pro ought to come with Chinese ROM. You should have asked the seller to flash global ROM.

If you are flashing an AOSP custom ROM such as Aex from MIUI, you'll have to format data (the one with yes) and then flash vbmeta. I don't know if it's needed on Vince sha but try it.

Hey i just tried rooting my device using supersu and device got rooted but now it is lagging why?
I followed this SuperSu Zip to download and root.

an uncle brought it to mine complained that he update the phone and it got stuck on boot logo.
the problem now is that, the bootloader is looked, if there anyway i can flash the fone with with recovery or mi flash tools

done that, it restarts but still stuck on the boot logo

You need to enter edl mode and with MiFlash install the latest firmware available, using test points method. The procedure requires open the phone and some skill to join the test points. Check YouTube
