Lieing comes easy to you, you just go on line take random pictures and post and claim them to be yours. What a shameful being.. tueh!!

Bros, why you dey display your lack of exposure and poverty online? Firstly, if you enter Oyingbo for lagos, with only 3K, you will come up with a better meal, so packaging kill you there, secondly, na "honey abi "mustard" (not correct organic Nigerian honey oh) confuse you? Then, before you say person dey lie, you go get proof not based on your stupidity and deep ignorance.

Even to post your food and commot, you people still must fight each other! Dem call you make you come chop, or you jealous that they didn't?

Are those posting fake food not just deceiving themselves? Can their fake food quench their own hungry or you want it to quench your own?

It is this immature toddleic behaviour that you magnify into the mess of our nation!

You all should stop comparing diqs and tits like 2 year olds and mature a little and just love your own foods!

They don’t see any issues when their fellow guys do it here.

See crying and sweating grin embarassed

They don't have any problem with meals that were not cooked by posters. They have a problem with the quality of the meal and its posters.

If you post a picture of boli and groundnut- I bet you, they will consider that REAL. No one will say you want to BELONG.

Some Nigerians and Nlders are very bitter people. They don't ask the source of your poverty, but very critical of your wealth. They wish the worst for others and they have mastered the act of masking it as genuine criticism and concern (for the thread). Whereas they have NEVER posted eva water.

Even RottenTomatoes that makes money from it, takes breaks.

Mynd44 should help us flush out such distracting demons. They ran away before, they are back again. Same people, same bitterness. Once they enter a thread, trouble.

So much pain, bitterness and hatred emanating from one person? Can you prove it's a random pics gotten from the internet. Kindly carry love and home training as you journey down life... it's not that heavy. Stop drowning in hatred!

I always see delicious bole, store bought cake, pizza and yummy buka food being posted here. No one has issues with those posters even though they didn’t cook it. Wonder why certain posters get their panties in a bunch when some people post.

Even some of those criticizing you will still not follow the rule themselves.

If these posters actually contribute food pics to the thread, maybe we will agree that they care about it.

Those your bread nice o
Oya drop measurement wey you use
I still feel like my bread skills are not perfected yet. The bread was not that soft (may be due to poor kneading or insufficient yeast)

I used:

1 tsp yeast. You can use 2 tsp
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
½ cup warm milk
2 cups flour (AP). I didn't have bread flour..use bread flour
5 tbsp butter. I used margarine
1 tsp nutmeg

Mix the warm milk with 1 tbsp of sugar
Add yeast, cover and allow to prove
Add in the egg, sugar, nutmeg and flour. Mix till a soft dough is formed
Transfer to a work surface and add your butter.
Knead till it is elastic (mine refused to get elastic).
Cover in a oiled bowl till double it size
Deflate the risen dough. Roll, knead and cut into your desired shape/pan
Pre heat your oven
Allow the dough rise for about 30 minutes or so
Coat with mixed egg yolk or milk
Bake for about 10 - 15 mins in your preheated oven
That's it

In the best restaurants in the world, they have a chef and a pastry chef. Do you know why? Baking well is far more involved than making a decent meal. Some even describe it as more of a science.

Most people would never attempt to make bread, even many trained chefs rarely bake. Your bread is likely better than millions of trained chefs.

And if it doesn't come out the way you want, make French toast. Or cut it up and make stuffing or bread pudding.
