I got it this evening. Even with the admission letter was attached to my mail and I was told to pay #2000 canadian once I accept and receive the offer. I will do that tomorrow for the payment.

What is the 2000cad for? I got mba admission to same school for fall 2020 and I have till September 1 when I have to register for courses to pay fees.

Also my tuition per semester is 1611 cad

hello if you draft out a letter with your companies letter head, your HR or Team head has to sign. So if they happen to investigate it will probably get you into trouble.
Are u trying to joke with your job? But if u want to be smarter, u can Edith the contact info in that "letter head" and add a friends number. U can as well relate everything to the person.

Yes they have updated all . Just that I am seeing proof of English proficiency in my list which is not supposed to be there. At least other applicants said so too.

Good evening all
Guess we all had an amazing day today?

Please I have a question, and I would appreciate every suggestions relating to it.
Are there any chances of getting visa(TRV”undergraduate studies)approved if one uses a sponsor who is a “family friend”. The person has around 18-20million present in his account.
Please great ones, response needed. Thanks

They have not updated mine till now. What Did you submit from your school that made them confirm your degree?Cos I've written several emails to them.
For English proficiency, your suppose to get a letter from your school indicating that your were taught in English.

Hello Sneagolben,

Yes, it is possible for as long as the person has a valid resident permit. Also, feel free to use the statement.

All the best.

Please can I present only my sponsors (cousin with the same surname) statement of account like 5 million naira?
I don't intend to present my own statement since there is no fund in my account now. I will also attach my lands and house documents as evidence too.

Hello Simplymeeko,

You stand a better chance using close family/parent sponsorship, but using a family friend is also possible with lots of convincing and evident facts.

All the best.

Hello Onweke,

The fund is insufficient, look for a more reliable sponsor. If you have a work experience or still working, its best advised to include one. You should try to get at least your LE in it.

All the best.

A lot of people have done it and gotten it. As long as you are a legal resident of that country (studying or working) you are legible to apply from there(not minding where the SOA is coming from). All you need do is show hometie (there or in Nigeria) and also explain how you have been of good character and kept the laws during your stay in the said country (tell the vo if you can do that in Dubai, you can also do same in Canada). If possible get a police report from UAE(since you have been there for the past 6 months and live there).

How much of that 20mil is the person giving you for your tuition fee and living expenses? That will determine if it will fly or not

The 5 million will be for what and what? Explain to us what you intend to cover with that amount. Is the sponsor giving you the whole 5 million or what is the plan?
N.B: You can't pay your tuition and living expenses by just showing your lands/properties

Sincerely appreciate your advise. The said person has already paid $1000 cad tuition deposit required by the school. Please what other areas should we work on so as to convince the VO when it’s time.

Thanks a lot for your contribution
The person paid $1000Cad as part tuition required by the school from his account, to prove commitment. I really don’t understand the living expense part. Please what steps should be taken so as to convince the VO when the time comes. Thanks again.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by Nobody: 3:12pm On Feb 12, 2020
I am still learning but with my little knowledge ....living expenses part is about 10kCAD ,so if the person can transfer that into your account in full and you also print your statement and submit to the VO it’s also a good step
