There is addiction in betting but you can stop it if you re tired.

Betting/vitual:
1. Determined not to enter any Betting shop.
2. One thing that make one addicted to betting is Spirit of "I can win, let me try my luck"
Always say this to yourself;

It will help you.

Try to wean yourself off it slowly. Drink more water so you always feel full and hence can't drink as much.

My story

I was good at betting then, very good. Week-in week-out i was cashing-out.
Here was my problem, I noticed that for every 20k I make, I lose times x2 of that money in one way or the other in my life.

I remembered buying a phone from a proceed, and same month i lost my laptop.

I remembered spending money big time on an event from the proceed and same month my car gearbox failed without any prior signs

it goes on.

Even if it was 1500 i made, bro i lost 3000k one way or the other within the same time frame.

I advised my self to quit. And i have seen the immediate change in mylife.

There is no amount of persuation you'd make that will change my mind- mind you all my friends still involve in this- the other day, one of their houses was raided and he lost everything.

Bro advise yourself, stop now.

As for mastubation- this is even worse, it diminishes your spirituality and brings bad luck. Except if you prefer 5 mins of happy ending over life success!

Just look at the life of a chronic mastubator- its always one misfortune to another.

You cant stop completely- but you'd need to withdraw with time.
Take these drastic steps that worked for me.
-Don't be alone, always be in the company of others even at night. if you leave alone, ask a friend or a sibling to move in with you.
-Minimize your access to internet as much as possible- restrict your data subscription to required apps only. E.g. do Whatsapp data plan only, or mail plans only.
-Take away all triggers around you- e.g vaseline, erotic movies/series/animes,
