Hello dear nairalanders.

Please I'm going through a state of mental confusion.

Currently i have approximately 20 million and 300 thousand naira in my bank account.

I have two thoughts.

1) I am 25 years old but I'm not a university graduate, i only have ND (National deploma) from a polytechnic In Edo state, Auchi precisely.

I would have become a graduate years ago but after my "ND" years ago, i refused to go back to school and i decided to hustle for money.

Most of my classmates in school back then are all graduates but all the same, looking at my bank account now, i have no regrets.

So this is what i plan on doing.

1) Can i further my Education In any university in the United States with the money and plan on staying back after my degree, for the fact that I'm 25.
Will that be advisable?

2) should i stay back in Nigeria and use part of the money to build a house In my hometown in Benin and use the rest for business?

3) Is there a chance of going to USA and start all over again, look for job.
Will the money be enough to rent a house, foot some bills untill i see a job in the USA.

Note i choose USA only because it's my dream country, I'm not scared of the traveling ban because I'm 100% confident that it will be taken away few months from now.

Please i won't be replying any mention or questions.

All i want is to take note of good advice.

I already know a reliable traveling agent.

Please other suggestions are welcomed apart from mine.

Please help

If you truly have N20M and it was achieved through legitimate means, at 25 years of age, it means if you keep doing whatever you have done to make this amount of money here in Nigeria, you can stay back to become the next Dangote. If your story is true and you made the money through honest means, why are you asking for what to do again to make more ?

20 million can hardly earn you a student visa at the US embassy when all miscellaneous cost + tuition is calculated. Plus they'd go over 6 months of your bank statement to be sure you have a steady flow of income, and not block money or inconsistent flows... P.S No travelling agent can guarantee you a USA student's visa

My advise, choose another country. Or build a start up in Nigeria with a quarter of that money

A lot of guys outside the country will run to Nigeria with that amount of money. It also good to travel as a young man. Split the money in half and travel. If you make it to the US, forget entertainment, the competition is cutthroat, it can even take you 3 year just to get your accent in check. Learn a trade 1_2 years Auto or HVAC you will be alright. Most importantly dno rush into marriage, study the system before you marry.

Good advice from an experienced veteran wink

Nice but what type of business?

But sincerely, part of the reason why i want to leave is safety of my life and my sanity.

I want my future kids to come into the world in a sane environment with top class Education.

I feel with me in the USA, i will be opening doors and opportunity for my siblings which are in school right now.

One of my sisters is studying as a nurse, i want her to work in USA as a professional Nurse and i feel with me establishing myself there, if will be possible.

I don't think about myself only, as the eldest child and son, i want the best life for my siblings, so my parents will be proud of me, i want my parents to visit me freely In USA and i feel this 20 million naira is GOD answering my prayers.

Hope you understand?
Bros with that 20m you can be employer of labour and still achieve all your aims. Do a good feasibility studies within your area and invest on what people find so difficult to get.

Expand the current business that got you this far.
1. The U.S is a no no because of it unfriendly visa regime.
2. I ll advice you convert some of the 20m to dollars to hedge against devaluation.
3. Invest in dollar based mutual fund.
4. Get some landed asset in Lagos or Abuja.
5. Go back to school do a BBA & MBA.

God bless.
can you give an insight to this?

Continue the hustling that fetch you 20million in Nigeria, buy two houses as you intend to buy, avoid criminal activities and pray more.

Well bro..it doesnt have to be America, there are other countries you can go and still enjoy life,so google. If u be person wey feel say u like book,my advise is that u travel and further ur education to the highest level u can and start a new life.
As for a business,be careful 20m can erase in 20days.firstly will any physical business be permitted in your area?judging with the fact that you talked about ur safety. As for me,with the way people drink alcohol,i will start a small lounge with 10room hotel inn, manage it well, whatever i make from there can take care of my daily needs. Then look for genuine contacts in agric, there is serious money there, cocoa, beans, sorghum etc

lemme give it to you straight, no one cares what your dream country is as long as you are from Nigeria, to begin with Nigerians done cast most countries. Convert this your money to $ or € then u will see no be that big money outside, ie if nor be audio money be that. Baba that thing u they do wey give u 20mil it’s obvious say nor be legit na him make u wan clear not that I am judging you or whatever. I could care less, now you wan relocate, Listen find small country for Europe enter, I recommend Finland. You get your sanity and peace of mind intact. Make agents nor chop you, the fact we got a travel ban from USA is a bad sign already. E nor hard to get admission from smal countries in Europe u sabi press just google am. That 300k go get u admission and everything. Don’t start any business if you haven’t done business before. South Korea, is a good option buh visa fit hard you from naija. Lot of us here in SK usually enter japan to ship car parts, that business is cash and carry. Our market nor they touch ground na for container them done begin price our market lol. I do not advice you to go to China on a student visa, I swear you will be trapped, students aren’t allowed to work or anything strictly school and your attendance must be up to 70% years to get visa extension, trust me I know because I did my BA in China. Make your choice wisely. Peace and Stay safe

If I were you I'll take quarter of the money and invest in bitcoin. Keep 10mil for your travel plans... use the rest and repackage yourself.

Cos if only you made 20m before 25m legitimately then you have no business leaving the country, cos all you will be thinking about is how to multiply your wealth by using the same legal means, but it's either this is a cooked up story or you're a yahoo boy.
My advice is that if you got the money through yahoo just stay put because going to the US for you is suicide, that money is not up to what international students pay in some schools there per session, so stay your ass down here and multiply that morning by doing something legit with it.

He is obviously not in any business that is sustainable, if at all whatever he did to get the money can be called business since he used the term hustle.

A business that is not sustainable can't give you that kind of money,we are talking about 20mil not 200k ooooooooooo, so my submission is that it is sustainable.....
