My dear friend, I have been explicit enough and I don't think you should be asking this question again. It is a must to authenticate your certificate if you will use it outside the shores of Nigeria except after spending Millions of money you still want to do menial jobs. If you have the intention of study and work in UAE, you better take the pain to do it, or else your ND and HND will be useless until you do it.

You are looking at admission requirements but not looking at the relevance of your certificate if you need to work.

My dear, do it but if you think it is not necessary, LEAVE IT. It is your choice!

Good luck.

I will do sir
I love your word of encouragement
I will be traveling to Kwara state
Tomorrow

@Opechrist

I read it online that the 3 of the each copies made
MOE will take one out of it
NECO 3 copy
HND 3 copy

MOFA will take out of it too
NECO 2 copy
HND 2 copy
Authorisation letter 1 copy

Therefore, it will be left with one copy for embassy
, so what I will pay for is money for 1 copy of each remaining copy
1 copy of Neco 19k
1 copy of HND 19k
1 copy of medical 19k
1 copy of authorisation letter 19k

I hope am right

Secondly, can I do MOE, MOFA, medical test and Embassy authentication without admission letter?
Or admission is composry ?

First question: You are correct.

Second question: Not necessary, you don't need admission letter.

NECO certificate is equivalent to WAEC and it is acceptable.

No statement of result is allowed. It must be original certificates.
I want to correct the notion that it must be original certificates only that could be authenticated.
So i called the ministry's phone number 07033778053 and i was told by the woman at the other end that my statement of result could be used instead, but she said i should come along with the original transcripts that is not student copy.

I think you should analyse these pictures and tell me where you can see statement of result. I have said it that your statement of result is only acceptable in Nigeria but if you have anything to do outside the shores of Nigeria, your so called statement of result is as USELESS as used tissue paper. I am giving you direct information but you still prefer to call whoever in Abuja who might not have updated information. Some people were sent back to Lagos because they failed to do the right thing. They wasted money, time, energy etc because they were not informed. But if you still want to use your SOR, it is your choice. I wish you all the best.

A word is enough for the wise.

@ope4christ. My department guy said this particular result is what he used for Germany, though he said the statement of results is not useful, but this certificate is what he used for his Germany admission and work.

So the thing is, am I good to go with this my uploaded HND results

No, uploaded copy is not acceptable.

Your friend must have sent official transcript to the German school before scan copy or photocopy can be accepted for admission process. The German School will still sight original certificates when he gets to Germany.

Is there any problem if you collect your original certificates? Going by the photocopy of your friends' certificate, you graduated since 2012 and yet to collect your certificate! This is not good of you.

Statement of Results is only valid for maximum of two years. You should have collected your original certificate. Now you are in desperate need of it. It's a pity!

I think I may not reply you again. Go to Abuja and do whatever you like. I have tried for you.

@Ope4Christ I wrote NECO in 2018 and the original certificate hasn’t been issued yet because it’s not yet ready. Is it possible to authenticate the online printout and go along with a scratch card?

No, the pictures above clearly stated it that it must be ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES.

You must authenticate your certificates at both ministries. MOE first then, MOFA after.

Teaching jobs in the UAE mostly require that you attest your O'level and Degree or any higher certificate you may have. In addition, i will advise you to also attest a Reference Letter from your past employer in Nigeria here because most of the schools do ask for it.

If what you have with you is the student's copy, don't bother wasting your money and time to Abuja. They won't attend to you. Make a request for your transcript from your school and let them address it to the Federal Ministry of Education, Abuja. Most schools don't give it to students but they will post it to any address you supply to them after you must have paid the necessary charges though. When it arrives, you can then proceed to the ministry with the rest of your documents to initiate the process.

You can't do authentication of University Certificate without your O'level Certificate. Sorry about the fire incidence but your affidavit and police report are not tenable.

Had it been that it was WAEC that you did, you have the option of getting a replacement known as results notification directly from WAEC.

They only authenticate original certificates.

Thanks,NECO offer confirmation of results too, but they only send to the address one needs them too. I am just confuse, so I have to write another o level exams because I want to authenticate my university certificate?

It doesn't have validity period. It is valid for admission (many countries in Europe, America and Asia) and employment in some countries across the globe.

The ministry of education is refusing to certify undergraduate transcripts(student copy).

Is there anything that can be done?

Hello,
Sorry for quoting you on an old post, I was going through the thread and saw this, and my heart just broke. I intend going to Abuja next week to certify my documents, and it's student copy I have too as my transcript, my school doesn't issue official one except another school requests for it.
I would like to know how you went about this, please.
Thanks.
