Lindelof is 25. We are not talking about a teenager. He will never be as good in the air as Vidic or even Ferdinand.
He can work on decision making, reading the game etc but will always be relatively weak in the air. There are some things that you either have or you don’t.

Oga i didnt say offload lindelof, i said DROP. Fred was dropped before, now he is untouchable, Shaw has been dropped several times now he is showing signs of good things, Martial, Rashford has all been dropped, they didn't die. Rooney was dropped by Fergusson on occasions. Benzema was dropped severally by managers before Mourinho came, Modric was initially dropped at Madrid, last year he won ballon dor.

We all know the players i was canvassing for to be offloaded, Lindelof, Rashford, Martial and Fred are not among, and OGS has done that. Players needed to be dropped/offloaded for the team to improve.
