I may want to ask for your opinion as regarding someone working but not getting the desired experience and skills that he want. If the offer comes with a promising company where experience can be gotten. What do you say about it.

although our major aim of working is to make money, if u are getting thesame salary in your job, I will advise u stick to ur job, rather than going for internship because internship is not 100% certain that they must employed u

First of all, your internship program isn't with Shell, it's with member companies belonging to PETAN. Shell pays you 120k monthly but it always comes late, at least going by last year.
It's a great opportunity to learn and some of those selected will be retained depending on some many factors, favor and luck being the top

Sincerely unless you are so keen on oil and gas experience and you're willing to take this opportunity as a learning experience not as a job opportunity, then grab this opportunity to learn.
