Go into oilpalm or Cashew plantation.
It takes 3-4years to start yielding profits but you can plant other annual crops like cassava,maize watermelon and others in between the Oilpalm/Cashew farm.... this will serve as source of income before 3years.

@ the bolded is one of the best models you could ever adopt. You didn't mention the location you operate in but then you can work with the framework suggested.

You already have a space (mini-mart) where you sell stuff. I suggest that you identify what sells very well in that shop. Then look for other brands that are not existing in the neighbourhood and then introduce it to your fellow retailers.

Ensure you have exclusive rights to whatever you decide to sell to avoid stories that touch. Honestly, in your growth projections, try to move to the next rung of the ladder which is distribution and you will see the magic of volume. The first question i will ask is what's you passion? What is that thing that interests you?

There is something call the hedgehog concept: it simply means where interest passion intersects with business.

As early as Late January to February 14th, lands were being sold at Lugbe Abuja for 400k flat... I mean FULL PLOT with papers and Inspections. Upon inspection with my agents in Abuja, I found out there were two areas where such lands were being sold and it was totally Legit, so I called up my lawyers and everything went on... My point is, I discovered that such places would be worth so much more than 2million naira by 2021 and beyond, so buying them now was an asset.

I suggest you find such and buy many as long as its a legit government allocated area and lawyers have cleared you, then you can buy, FENCE and HOLD till you are ready to sell.
