When I said you lack empathy it was not a joke and here you are displaying that lack very well.

I think EMPATHY means putting oneself in the condition of others to feel their pains. Maximus69 must have experienced the pain of loosing a loved one in death, and i don't think he is immune to any of the calamities the human race is facing.
Therefore he is just been fair to both side!
God created everything and he knows how to reset things if humans go against his plans. Mind you he doesn't want more creatures that will be living on instinct, he wants humans as the only intelligent of all earthly creatures to accept responsibility for whatever we do. Of course it will take time for intelligent creatures to reach that stage, so there is no need been hasty about it! undecided undecided undecided

the existence of man is a proof that there is God just as the existence of a robot is a proof that there is a designer.

Then for God to exist he has a designer.

You seem to be making illogical leaps. First you say there is much we don't know so we can't fit god into logic then you turn around and say our ability to reason is proof of god. That makes no sense. If god is able to be described by logic then there is no need to appeal to ignorance which is what you did in the first part . Then you over turn logic with a leap of faith and conjecture that our ability to reason is proof of the god you say cannot be described by logic?

It is most unscientific to conjecture a god without evidence. You don't get to reject something then call it evidence. You reject our logic as incomplete then turn around to call it evidence for god, that is not by any stretch of the imagination the way science works. Nobody gives a rats arse if Richard Dawkins and Sam Harris wake up today and declare they believe in god. They must meet the burden of proof to show/demonstrate the existence of god. Appeals to authority carry no weight here.

Read my writeup again bro. You're the one who's muddying it. The fact that a grade 2 pupil can't fit calculus into their syllabus of simple addition and subtraction invalidates neither their current knowledge nor advanced calculus. Their learning is correct yet not absolute. They would be wise to be open to furthering their learning, adding new verifiable knowledge to what they have. And calculus by the way will not wait until they can develop their reasoning to absorb it before it will work.
The mumbo jumbo here is that your inability to fathom a higher logic will never invalidate it. Even your lack of evidence for something does not disprove it, strictly logically speaking. Existence of something can only be disproved if it is proven to be non-existent by laws and principles.
Yet in this case you do not even lack evidence for God, you simply can't grasp Him with your grade 2 logic, valid as it is. But with information currently available to you, God can be proven to exist by the simple laws of science and deductive reasoning. You and I, and if I must, the very well ordered universe around us are the proof of a God because such intelligently designed something couldn't have come from unintelligent nothing, so you got nothing on God even if you can't yet assimilate his superior logic.
And this is exactly why true scientists, as I mentioned, believe in God but only the irrational don't.

Lol.

1.) "Nothing can exist without being created ."

2.) " God created himself, how He did we do not know. He made himself and created everything. We cannot see him. If we see him we will die. "

3.) " Everything came from nature, it is the first in time of existence. Coincidentally it happened and everything we see came from this coincidence. Recent forms have only evolved from ancient ones. We can see nature, when we die our bones remain in nature. We never leave nature completely, our dead bodies turn to manure and even petroleum one day."

4.) "You are talking trash . God created man. If man evolved from apes why haven't we seen any ape turn to a man before. You see God created man or were you an ape before you transformed into a man?"

5.) "Well, I should be asking you why you were not moulded with sand and given oxygen to become a man or why your mother was not moulded with your father's rib. If that's how God created man every man should come through that process ."

6.) " God only created Adam and Eve that way. He gave them the ability to reproduce so that He would not create all of us from sand."

7.) " There are many races in this world. If Adam was a negroid and Eve was Mongoloid, after their first reproduction their children would be of one race. A mixed race of negroid-mongoloid. A world made from Adam and Eve would not have Chinese (South Eastern Asians), Arabs, Africans , Europeans, Australians etc. Everyone would look like Naomi Osaka (Negroid-Mongoloid)."

8.) " I don't have words for you. You're a fool. A fool says in his heart "there is no God". If you want to understand the ways of God logically, you will wait forever. Bye!"

9.) "YOU'RE the fool. How can you believe what cannot be proven in the 21st century. Bye!"

Read carefully bro. I'm actually saying because there are things we know(like the law of conservation of matter and others), therefore God. And that there are things we don't know is NOT therefore NO God like you seem to be saying. Just like science will be foolish to deny the unexplored universe. The best bet is to accept this unknown portion of universe is there if proven to be, then explore to adapt our knowledge to new things we find in it.
Again, if we can validate God's existence but cannot understand all about him with our logic, then we should be open to learning more about him rather than denying him for just that in spite of evidence.

If we can validate it. Problem is religion has had thousands of years to validate it and yet seems to be coming up short. If you think science can then by all means show us the way. However, don't expect me to follow you on illogical leaps, I will stop you right there.

I do not see a problem here actually. I really have not bothered to guve God a name but more importantly to give him his rightful place of verifiable existence.

Fine. Maybe these religionists are confused themselves and can't lead us to truth. Maybe we don't need to depend on religion but just need to accept validated facts which show there must be a god and do what we think is proper with that. If this God will ever hold us accountable, then he may have let us a catch on our way if we do the best we know for conscience and proper reasoning that will ultimately lead us to truth.

As a separate problem why does the god care what we think or why does it require anything from us?

If you think suffering for thousands of years is an acceptable state of affairs then I question your empathy.

That's why the Bible said "the memory of what Satan, our rebelloius parents, their evil descendants and false prophets caused will never be forgotten"
God's word metaphorically used everlasting torment as a symbol of what will continue to linger in the minds of those who later are allowed to live forever. Revelations 14:11

Believers today have continued to bear in mind what happened to the wicked Contemporaries of Noah, the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, Pharaoh and his army at the red Sea, the walls of Jericho, Elijah called down fire on mount camel and so many other calamities that the action of false prophets and their adherents brought upon themselves. Anyone who tries to engage in what those people did that led to those calamities will be reminded of the outcome, it's like a torment in the minds of people learning all this.
So the same thing is depicted by the term tormented forever and ever but since the false prophets refused to listen to the interpretation of all these from the true servants of God, they went on teaching their adherents that God will roast people alive forever. Whereas what God is saying is that the survivors in his kingdom will LIVE FOREVER and the memory of all these will continue to linger in their hearts and they'll strongly inculcate it in the minds of children born that time to complete the filling of earth! Genesis 1:28

All these suffering according to the Bible's calculation is still under 8 thousand years, it's nothing when compared to living good life forever and ever! smiley smiley smiley

You're not getting the concept!

To God all the generations of humans ever walked on this planet are like one MAN!
So mankind is just like a (ONE) child to him not thousands, millions or billions as you think!

To illustrate, imagine a father who wants the best for his child, he knows what can harm the child so he warned the child against such things, but this child wants to be adventurous. The father warned him about the danger in fire but the child likes to play with the beautiful light on the candle, so the father allowed him to touch the fire and this child's finger is burnt badly, the father is ready to bear all the expenses to restore the child's hands but first the child must undergo the pains for several months before the wound is fully healed. Mankind is like the child and the problems we're experiencing now is the pains the child faces while the wound is getting healed. You can liken all those dying to the cells in his body dying and replacing themselves until the wound is fully healed. God's faitful servants strongly believe that he won't forget to call them back to LIFE when all this is over! Job 14:14-15

Sorry but I dont want to hear from you, I want to hear from the god. You dont do a good job of representing if there is one. All you are saying just makes it seem more and more impossible that there is such a god. If such a god exists then he can do a better job representing himself than sending people who are gleefully waiting for the destruction of their enemies.

Well if they're blissfully anticipating that, then there is no sense in suffering themselves going out both rain and sunshine on univited visits to those who treats them with contempt!
That's the balance aspect of the concept, if you don't love your neighbor you'll be happy that something evil will soon come upon him, but you can't be anticipating such joyfully and still taking the pain going out to warn him! undecided undecided undecided
As for God, he outwitted us all by telling us to go out and TEACH our neighbours because he knew that's our nature, otherwise you too won't be here trying all the time to enlighten others. So from the look of things, he knew that some are fast in grasping some things and he is employing such ones to teach others.
The only way to prove i'm blameless is if i detests knowledge which should be imparted by someone more intelligent than i do, and if i don't endeavour to teach others what they don't know, so far i'm into any of these two he needs not appear to me personally before i agree with his concept! smiley smiley smiley
