It is possible but might not be enough to max out. I did in 2weeks. Just depends on how dedicated you are and the amount of hours you are willing to spare

But one part leads to the other. Also, I didn't really pass summary in school so it will dilute the essence but I get your point.

I get that but if you want to post a lengthy one you put it on quote, people repeatedly quote long posts only to type congrats, it makes the thread unnecessarily long and difficult to read on mobile devices.

Part 2
Working and running a Masters program in Nigeria
Immediately I started working, things seemed to be going so well and I was ready to start living the "Nigerian dream". My version of the dream was for me to honestly work my fingers to the bone, earn an honest living, get married and have children, then retire to my hometown later on. Very simple life but fraught with the Nigerian "complications".

If you are close to me, you would know that I adore my parents, especially my mother. That woman is a god and she deserves me worshipping the very ground she walks on. She has sacrificed so much for me in this life and always supports my dream. You see this woman, God bless her greatly. While I was still settling into my new job and enjoying my money, she started putting pressure on me to go and study for my Masters degree. She had raised the issue with me while I was unemployed, which I rightly used as an excuse for her to leave me alone as I wasn't in the right frame of mind to study. This time around, she was having none of it and literally forced me to go for the Masters program. To deter her, I told her I couldn't afford the application fee and this woman opened her bag and handed me her ATM. It was at this point I knew she meant business. That was how I bought the form and got admission. Thank God I did that because that Masters degree really came in handy later on, I had no idea my mom was pushing me towards my "abroad" journey.

Canada PR "Dream" and "Abandoning" Masters Program
I had always heard of Canada and how beautiful and welcoming Canadians are, but that was about it. Sometime in 2015, a very close friend of mine left Nigeria for studies in Canada and he became an avenue for first-hand information on this great country. During this period, I had completed my course work for my Masters program but ASUU strike was killing my vibe to study, so I "abandoned" the program pending when the strikes would be called off. When the strikes were called off, I had lost the zeal to study and just kept living my life.

Sometime in late 2017, I was on my way home from work when my friend in Canada chatted me on BBM messenger. I was stuck in Lagos traffic and was becoming fed up with the "Nigerian dream". I needed a change but was too comfortable with the status quo, my comfort zone was a place of peace and I didn't want to leave. My friend asked about my Masters program and I told him I had abandoned for now. He advised me to go complete it and chipped in the Canadian Express Entry route of relocating to Canada. This guy literally analyzed everything I needed to do as I was the ideal candidate for it but alas, it all fell on deaf ears. We ended the chat and I just continued living my life.

December 2017 fuel scarcity and "Light bulb" moment
The fuel scarcity of December 2017 was all I needed to push my "abroad" dream into view. I sat down and did a critical analysis of life in Nigeria and how I didn't want to have kids growing up in such an environment. Prior to that time, I had gone back to school to resume my Masters program and had done pre-data presentation of my project. I called my mom and told her, "Mom, I'm thinking of relocating to Canada like my friend" and she replied, "Please start oo but complete your Masters first. Go ahead and I will support you". That was all the inspiration I needed to begin the journey.

2018 and Taking IELTS Exam
2018 was the year I finally decided to commence the Canada journey. It was like my friend in Canada saw my mind because this guy called me 1am on the 1st of January and started preaching to the choir about Canada in all its glory. I listened like my life depended on it and after the call, he sent me IELTS materials and the nairaland link on Canada Express Entry. I finally completed my Masters program in August, 2018. I decided to write IELTS first knowing fully well it was the only phase I could control. Although most people preach against doing it first, I decided to do it to get it out of the way anyways. Having prepared for IELTS for over 7 months, I finally wrote it on the 29th of September, 2018 (BC at cost of 75,000) with LRSW scores of 9,9,8,6.5. The day the results were released was a low moment for me as I just couldn't believe the 6.5 I had in writing. I promptly paid 15,000 for the EOR and it came back unchanged on the 27th of October. In retrospect, I should have kept my 15k because I used materials for IELTS which taught a lot of learned phrases and the essay I wrote was off-topic. I logged on to nairaland for testimonies of people who aced writing in IELTS and saw one from the moniker tajaise where he/she spelt out how Writing was conquered and the materials used. I promptly downloaded the materials and focused on Writing, especially Task 2. I registered to take another IELTS exam for the 10th of November, 2018 with MOD (at the cost of 68,000 then). I had heard MOD were fairer with the Writing module compared to BC. Let me say this, I only prepared for the Writing module alone. This was because I had maxed out all other modules and I guessed there was no way my knowledge in them could have depreciated so much between September and November. The results came out on the 23rd of November and that day was a glorious day, God be praised. LRSW scores of 9,8,7.5 and 8. My writing went from 6.5 to 8 with the help of adequate and relevant materials. When I informed my mom of my success, this woman was so happy she started rolling on the floor, thanking God. God bless her for me. Let me also add that I was well grounded in English language from my primary school days and it really helped with the IELTS exam.

ASUU Strike and waiting for WES Evaluation
I look forward to the day when ASUU strikes in Nigerian Universities will be a thing of the past. ASUU is a cabal that has no consideration for the plight of students. Having completed my Masters program, getting my result was a different ball game. The PG school board wouldn't consider results until the strike was called off and I became glued to the news media, always looking for ASUU news. Those were the days when the FG and ASUU delegations will meet for hours and come out to say the meeting was "deadlocked". Anytime I heard that word, I always saw that Prof. Ogunyemi and Ngige as toying with Nigerian students. I just couldn't fathom why they were playing politics with people's futures. When the strike was finally called off, I danced like David danced. I commenced my WES evaluation (both B.Sc and M.Sc.) on the 20th of February, 2019 (days of WAEC verification). I was reluctant to go through the WAEC palaver and it seemed to be a big stumbling block. Thank God for a friend who came through for me, he went to WAEC office in Yaba for me and sorted it all on my behalf. God bless him and his loved ones, correct guy. You see Nigerians, we tend to capitalize on people any chance we get and getting my transcript sent to WES was an extreme sport. The person I paid kept giving me stories upon stories for over 2 months until my supervisor came to my rescue. God bless that man wherever he is. He took it upon himself to make sure my transcript was sent to WES. WES verification was another headache entirely but God used my supervisor and my sister for me, the evaluation date completion was given as the 13th of August, 2019.

Missnonny:
Please can a BNSC holder evaluate public health transcript with WES to get 2 or more certificates for Canada's express entry?

Hello @Missnonny, When you say 'public health transcript', what does that mean?
Are you saying that:
1. You have a post-graduate degree in public health OR 2. You took a joint undergraduate degree (with public health)?
If 1 is the case, it will be evaluated as 2 or more degrees. However if 2 is the case, me no know. Experts in the house, please step in.

Congratulations. I wish you success in Canada @DeeCan

Some things struck me as regards PoF in your post:
"8. Proof of Funds - Proof of funds summary with conversion from Nigerian Naira to Canadian Dollar .... screenshot of Nigerian Naira to Canadian Dollar as at day of submission;"

Please, I will like you to enlighten me on the quoted part as I am currently working on submitting my application. Specifically:
1. Can you share a snapshot of the PoF summary (I didn't know about this till now)?
2. Is there a specific website that IRCC accepts for the conversion rate?
3. What website did you use for the conversion rate?

Thank you and congratulations.

PS: My education and work history overlapped (technically, I was on leave- LOL) From your post, I will address this in an LOE. Thank you for sharing your experience

Thanks and God bless you. Let me try answer your questions:
1. For the POF summary, all I did was write out all the funds I was using. All my funds were in Treasury bill investment, a little more than enough for a single applicant. I only used the 25% of my Retirement Savings account as a buffer against currency fluctuations. I didn't have any table as advised previously here, just a list I typed using MS Word and converted to PDF.
I merged with the other document for POF and that was it.
2. There is no specific website per say as I learnt the Bank of Canada has an exchange rate released quarterly or thereabout. However, you could use oanda.com or xe.com and you will be fine. Please ensure you are converting from NGN to CAD $ and not the other way around. That way, you will know exactly the amount it will be in CAD $.
3. I used oanda.com and attached a screenshot for the day of my AOR
For your overlap, please do address in the LOE. A friend with a similar issue as mine was pro-active and filled a Schedule A form pre-AOR and submitted with his LOE. He didn't get any ADR while I did. In all, just be careful and very observant. Please don't be in a hurry to submit and make silly mistakes. Immigration is law and provided you do not mislead or lie, PPR will eventually come. Congrats on your ITA, you are almost home and dry. You can reach out if you require further assistance. All the best and Godspeed, cheers.

HI @ifyonline,

I started a campus - based full-time postgraduate study in another country on September 15 (this reflects in my travel history and transcripts), while the end date for the job I had was September 30 ( this reflects in my reference letter/work history).

'Theoretically' , I was working in one country and studying in another for at least 15 days. Mine was short. That is my overlap. I know some people run full-time postgraduate study in Nigeria while working full-time (that will be another example of overlap).

As advised, I will include a letter of explanation, leave approval, resignation acceptance and Schedule A to relevant section(s) to clarify the overlap.

Thank you.

Pls while completing my express entry entry profile, I filled only my Bachelor's degree, which was what I evaluated. Post-ITA, do I have to include my high school under educational history? I finished high school over 10 years ago, so I'm not sure about placing it in personal history.

Hello @Berle,

No, you don't have to include your high school as this activity was completed over 10 years ago. Only fill in your history for the last 10 years.
