That's the best.

Mine is one of a kind. No stories. No hassles. Casual greetings from time to time. I do my part and she does hers and keep to themselves.

My former landlord was from the pit of hell!

I entered the compound rich, I left as poor as a church rat and even lost my only brother there.

Such a demonic man and house.

It took me 6years to recover after I ran out of his house. If not for God I would av died in that house.

Worst house ever.

What made you arrive to the conclusion that he's evil. How did you know?

Twice I have lived with landladies, but all ended with regrets, and very common among the igbo landladies (sorry no offense), they always take minor mistakes/things very serious. And ready to cause drama with you for no reason.
In whatever you say here try not to mention any tribe... It can spite arguments and judgments from people... Thank You... Its Landlady giving you the problem stop at it... Don't go further.

The truth is that landlord/landlady will always find fault one day. Imagine a landlord complaining about having a dog in his house that really did the job of a security man later on. We had to leave the house for him cos we couldn't cope anymore of complaints about the dog.

My Gbagyi landlord of two years back in the days in FHA Phase II was a wonderful man...
He lived in the main house in front while I lived in a two-bedroom apartment behind...
This man will come knocking on my door to come out so that he will give me a lift to work and then branch my workplace by evening to give me a lift back home...
He was more of a father to me than even a landlord...
I remembered a day I forgot my keys at work and he could not find the spares I left with him. He personally supervised the setting up of the guest room in his apartment for me to put up that night...
The wife would prepare food, put my share once in a while and send the son whom I was coaching in AutoCAD to bring for me...

On the other hand,
My Igbo landlady in old Karmo before I moved to FHA...
This woman was hell in human form...
She told me never to bring a visitor be it male, female or even relative to her house...
Warned me never to wash in the toilet inside the flat and still picked an offense with me because she has never seen me washing (and my cloths were washed at the laundry down the road)...
Said whenever she is sitting outside, I shouldn't sit there because she suspected that I am looking at her...
Answered a call in my language while opening the door and she came asking me who I was talking to and what was I telling the person in a language she can't understand...
One day came and asked me to give an account of where I go to after closing and then reach home late given that she knows that I do close early...

This ur 2nd landlady na the real definition of monitoring spirit.

I was very young when my parents lived in a building where the landlord also had a flat. My parents never had any problems with the landlord and his family. But the other tenants, especially one engineer like that always had problems with the landlord. He was mostly not at home but whenever he was at home, it was always enough drama for us. cheesy There was even a time when this man brought police to arrest the landlord, and a week later, the landlord brought Mopol grin

Chai,serious drama grin

Back in the days when I was in school, I come home at the end of the semester to hear of one misbehavior or the other of the landlady. She was a few years older than me, maybe 5 or 7. The original owner was the grandma, then to her dad, then to her. She's an only child. The dad was nice to a fault. But this girl, she'd run to my dad for financial help even when the rent is not due, yet she insults my parents anyhow. And when I return from school, they'd give me the gist but they'll warn me not to react that it happened a long time ago and they've settled it.

Unfortunately for her, one day she put up one of her crazy acts. I was around this time but I wasn't home. I'd gone to my bf's place. On returning in the evening, I was told all our buckets with water inside them , she flung them away. I said good! She didn't sleep in the house that day. Prior to this time, me and her, we don't talk. She's too crude for my liking. She will rent out one apartment to 3 or 4 individuals, police will be dragging her, OPC will be dragging her. She will Bleep them to earn her freedom. Me, I don mean am.

The following day, I woke up very early and I made my mum do my hair into cornrows. I was really ready for rọfọrọfọ fight. Then her mum ( she doesn't live there) she was the first person we saw. Neighbours must have called her and informed her of her child's misbehavior yesterday. She just knelt down to beg my dad. In the process of begging I walked her out. I don't want anything to soften my mind and I have my mum's backing. She, the girl came later in the day, she thought everything is now alright, since the mum came earlier now.
I just dragged her, she was doing strong head before but my kid sister and I, we beat craze comot for her body. We already got an apartment, we just haven't moved. That beating, she will never forget. We practically naked her. Very stupid girl!

Modified

That was many years ago. My dad is a landlord now. Just last week, he was telling me of one of his tenants, a young man, who has had difficulties paying after the initial deposit. He said he wanted to eject him at first but my mum intervened and asked him, some of your kids are living in people's houses, do you know how they're fairing there? He's living for free and they hope he'll pay soon. That's how humans should treat humans, with consideration.

I will say I have been very lucky with my landlords and landladies. Two different time I had to leave with owner of the houses I occupied and they were women. I was so close with the first one such that some people think I was one of her son. Unfortunately we lost her to accident about 15yrs ago, after which I left the house but myself and her children still call each other. She is from Obowo, imo state while I am from Ebira Kogi state.
The second one is an ikwere woman. We were also very good to the point she did everything, including trying to get me an apartment within her area because I wanted a bigger space.
To me, peaceful cohabitation is something both party should work toward achieving. more so, we need to know that some elderly people can be difficult to deal with but I always use a particular method, when there is difference I asked myself, let's assume my landlord/landlady is my parent how would I handle the situation?
there's wisdom in ur last paragraph

I don't even know where to start from, when I rented d huz newly I said to myself dat I av arrived n won't move out of d huz till I get money for a bigger huz, when I entered newly d landlord this brothers behaved like a good people n asked us to be fetching water from tank, all of a sudden dey locked d tank under 2 weeks we moved in. The next thing I noticed was dat he only likes do rent his room to single ladies, all d rooms in d compound are all ladies dat is living there. I Neva knew his motive until i noticed dat weneva am alone or maybe am sitting out d veranda or maybe I wnt out to buy something and am coming bk the landlord younger bro will bring out his d**k n start romancing it, he did it d 1st n 2nd time n I ova looked it. i say if he mumu too much i go report him to landlord, i neva knew d landlord own worst . Not until one day, he came out stark naked in d middle of the night, flashing light 2ru d windows , if he flash light on his d**k, he will flash in d window, until 1of my neighbor noticed n woke d rest. they rained insults on him still he refused to go, he was just smiling n romancing his d**k. Am still Saving money for a new apartment, I will not live in the same compound with a landlord. It's not funny at all.

T'was my uni days.1st time living alone. My landlady, early 40's, thick, fair, with big yansh. Only 4 tenants in that self-con compound. I lived next to hers. She asked me to teach her only child maths, told her no time, then troubles til I gave in. Her fridge got faulty, she started coming to my house to store her soup (i was a comfortable student, hence the fridge).
One day as she brought her soup, i was watching a movie, so she joined in. Few min pass, she says she's been secretly liking me, wips out her boobs that i should suck, i refuse then trouble. Her hubi comes back & she lies that i fought her & shd be locked in prison. I hear her hubi making calls outside, all seems like i'll be arrested. But she comes over to my house, saying i shd just suck it and that's all. I do. but here's d twisted part, while i'm at it, she reaches, feels me erect dick, smiles. She talks to hubi, case closed. From then. "Suck my clit". 'No'. trouble. 'ok, i do'. Then, "lick hole in my yansh & f me". no. trouble. 'ok. i'll'.

Mehn If I start, I won't finish writing today.
My only advise is, never ever ever live in a house where the owner stays ( Most especially, a woman). They will frustrate the living hell out of your life. A landlord is even better to stay with than a landlady; because I have seen few people that stayed with their landlord without any issue. But a landlady, no matter how careful you are, they will frustrate you.

Then another selfcon compound. Paid. Moved in. Widowed landlady, late30's. Shows up at my door wearing night gown at 8pm, after work. Comes in. After formally welcoming me again, proceeds to tell me a previously unstated condition for living in that compound, "you must not have a huge dick, so any girl you bring over doesn't die in her compound, and she's arrested". Horrified, I tell her mine is usual size. She insist it must be inspected. So, she makes me stand as she knees in front of me. She brings it out, i say "see, it's normal size", but i'm flaccid. so she insists on Mouth Gig to see my actual size as i may be a grower. She blows me crazy. I lose my senses. Cums on her face, boobs. Next day, i get eviction notice, n rent refunded. I must leave, not just cos of my mega erect dick, but also "so much cum her house may collapse when i nut".
