The Chef returns on Thursday against the Raptors and I don’t know how I feel about that news. The league has missed him but I hope he has completely recovered.

Lool. The Rockets man. When the 3's don't fall. Just shoot em some more

If the Warriors with the two best shooters of all-time still went out and brought KD I don't know what is with D'Antoni and the Rockets that makes them believe they can rely solely on the 3

Really tough. Too many blown layups and free throws. Chef is still rusty from the 3 but people see how much easier it was for others to make buckets because of the attention he was getting. The only way from here is up.

Lol and for Harden yappin about how he's more skilled and what not. I can't imagine people opining he's the most dynamic scorer in league history. Once his 3's are not falling and he can't get to the line Houston we have a problem.

We drag Giannis for being one dimensional but Harden has no midrange game whatsoever.

Thank you for bringing it up. Harden and dynamic scorer cannot be used in the same sentence. All he does is draw fouls and shoot 3s. We can't blame him for using the rules to his advantage but he's no where close to KD when it comes to being a scorer. No defence, doesn't play off the ball, no midrange. He just stays comfortable with what he's good at and it's boring to watch. Then you pair him up with D'Antoni. grin grin

I wouldn't lie. I was reminded of how Steph scares the opponent. The dude is gravity on his own. It gets worse if Klay was around but what we heard was that we wouldn't have made the playoffs with Steph, Klay and Draymond, D-Lo. grin

Tough loss but I don't mind taking more losses. Let's get that lottery pick.

I'm not happy with Draymond one bit. Dude on court didn't impress me one bit this season. He has gotten paid big time and has a new deal. I just hope he would improve his game especially on offence and be a more mature leader. If not, I wouldn't mind shipping him with the lottery pick if we can get Giannis. Probably get Patrick Beverly since we'll need some kind of irritant. grin grin

It's funny how analysts say stuff like "LeBron is the best passer of the basketball I have ever seen", and "LeBron is the best driver to the basket in the history of basketball", and "LeBron has the best basketball IQ ever", and "LeBron knows how to control the pace of the game more than any other". But out of hate or pride, none of them is willing to say LeBron is the best player ever." Why? Because he doesn't have as many titles and as many MVPs as Jordan.

Harden has regressed or should I say lost the ability to build a mid range game which he had in his Arsenal when he was at OKC with KD and Brodie. The craze for analytics and rules of the game has distracted him from expanding his offense past shooting 3 balls or getting fouls when he drives. He easily could have developed a strong mid range game to go along with shooting 3’s and driving to the bucket with scoring intent. It is sad to watch!

Another is PG13! His own regression has everything to do with his new found love for jacking up 3’s. He no longer takes intelligent and high percentage shots neither does he drive to the bucket even when there is an obvious mismatch.

I did not want to bash Damien Lee especially when he hit a lot of huge 3s in the game. But blowing those free throws that would have brought it to within 2 and then missing those open 3s before fouling.....annoyed me.

Poole just kept throwing the ball away and was not shooting.

The less said about Draymond, the better. Although, he seems to step up during the playoffs.

Bradley Beal says he wants to stay in DC:

“I can go to Boston, I can go to Toronto, I can go to Miami…But what would that look like? It wouldn’t necessarily be my team to where now I’m in a situation in Washington where I’m being built around.”

(h/t @MarcJSpearsESPN ) https:///r14GeTrM4i
I have zero sympathy for player like Beal and Lillard who chose money over winning or who have this stupid delusion that they can be a 1A on a championship winning squad when they clearly are not.
.
If you're not a proven winner like LeBron, KD, Kawhi,Curry and transcendent talent like Giannis doncic, Embiid, Anthony Davis, Harden you have no business of having an ego of an 1a type of player in this league.
You either lower your ego and beg players or join you or go and join them grin especially when you are in a small market, You don't further handicap the team by taking the maximum amount of money available and limiting the ability of the team to get the necessary talent if truly you care about winning.

LeBron, wade, KD, Nowitzki and spur legends took pay cuts and made sacrifices to win because they considered winning as number 1.

Then you have clowns like Lillard, Wall and Beal who will eat the whole pie and be forming one fake loyalty when their teams can't win

I think PG 13 change in style has more to do with his adjustment to the major injuries he has had. To ensure his longevity he's settling more for jumpers avoiding contact but I have not doubt he can turn it up when it's needed. He took a leap last year and I think he has it in him if healthy to elevate his game.

I keep hearing those takes from talking heads and pseudo analytics fanboys on Twitter and other media. Honestly I don't see anything that wows me whenever Harden hits the floor.

If you're talking about dynamic scorers you talk of guys like Kyrie, KD,AD, Tatum, Kawhi etc.

I don't like hearing dynamic scorer and Harden in the same sentence
