Wonder what would happen if a couple of African countries dependent on the dollar, like Nigeria, demand its transactions in their currency?

On Friday, many stocks ended on strong bids.
Just this morning, stocks lost 10% and ended on full offers.

It was so because Brent lost a whooping 10% of its value.

Stocks to continue 10 10% lost depends on the % Brent will continue to loose.

Today's lost and huge offers is very scary.Zenith bank marking down tomorrow may bring most banking stocks down tomorrow.

Paradventure,If Brent looses another 10% tomorrow,it will bring the price to $20+ which is the worst that can happen and the fear becomes greed to those who understand.

By Wednesday/Thursday,you will see a reversal.UBA can only trade maybe @ 5.90 and reversal sets in.

Wealth transfer.

Action and reaction are equal and opposite.

By the time UBA trades at 3+,stocks like nedtle,my,Dangote cement and other big cap stocks will be attracting investors.

Those who buy UBA at 3 will remain there for a while.

If you are buying,it must be for dividend yield purpose but remember UBA will trade lower for a longer time when compare price with big cap stocks.

Better not to enter and get trapped cos of dividend

Medicine after death. Other president's have been on top of their game and he's only setting up a committee.

God should just fold and store away this country called Nigeria.

Yes I am buying for dividend yield.
No body can predict market direction accurately.
If you are waiting for the lowest price to enter the market, you will likely miss out.

People should stop bringing out there stocks to sell at this rediculous prices.what are they going to do with the money after selling at huge loss?

Mendes is even tired of holding cash.Me self don't know what I can use the cash I have to buy again outside stocks.

Those saying that currency will be devalue , am asking them, Is it only naira as currency will be devalued or including other currency? The crude oil price affected almost the whole country in the world. Most countries who buy oil also market the different product of refined crude to most country, and when there is no availability of money to buy this product those country economic will be affected too.

Minus the huge drop in share price, I support the drop in crude price, many non- OPEC oil producing countries leave the burden of oil cut to OPEC members. By the time crude drop to $10 Russia, Mexico, USA will be the one looking for solution. Most European country are depending on corruption in most oil producing country who dump their money in their countries to grow their economic. When this money will stop flowing in their country as usually, their next visitors will be recession.

I believed that crude oil will bounce back soon, the price drop was to show other non- OPEC oil producing countries that have their budget benchmark on oil at $40, that it's very possible for crude to visit $20.
