If the employees didn't know the company delivers beer, their ignorance is still not an excuse to sabotage someone's profit. It wouldn't change the fact that as employees, they are obliged to deliver what their employers ask them to deliver or they get fired. If they can't do the job for which they where employed, then it's okay for their employers to fire them. Let them look for another job or establish their own delivery company that doesn't deliver beer.
