Hi all,

As we all know what is going on around the world - global pandemic has got everyone in panic; hoping for the best but expecting the worst. What have you been able to learn from this.

I have learnt that when God strikes, He doesnt spare the rich. who you are does not matter, your money and riches can not safe you.
Proverbs 11:4
Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death

I have also learnt that the world is not ready for such disaster. Nations were busy making atomic bombs and numerous nuclear weapons but never interested in building things that could safe humanity in case of some thing like what we are experiencing happens.

Nigerian Politicians keep building riches without caring to build infrastructures and health schemes (Hospitals, etc), now, we are all locked in nigeria to face the pandemic. No up to standard hospitals, no medical facilities, no equipment, only two ventilators in Abuja. Not even 1 in the Aso Rock Medical center (Even with the billions budgeted yearly for this center. we are now all running helter skelter. Its downed on us that we all gonna die.
Luke 16:19-31
“There was a rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and who feasted sumptuously every day. And at his gate was laid a poor man named Lazarus, covered with sores, who desired to be fed with what fell from the rich man's table. Moreover, even the dogs came and licked his sores. The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried, and in Hades, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side. ..

Luke 12:16-21
16 He then told them a parable: “The land of a certain rich man produced an abundant crop, 17 so he thought to himself, ‘What should I do, for I have nowhere to store my crops?’ 18 Then he said, ‘I will do this: I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods. 19 And I will say to myself, “You have plenty of goods stored up for many years; relax, eat, drink, celebrate!”’ 20 But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your life will be demanded back from you, but who will get what you have prepared for yourself?’ 21 So it is with the one who stores up riches for himself, but is not rich toward God.”
Now add yours. What have you learnt

Nairalanders come and tell us the lessons you've learnt grin

We need to invest more in our Health sector, spend less on religion and frivolities.

That 98% of naija pastors are fake and are only interested in money making, the naija government doesn't really care about us and our top.business people are selfish and the common man on the street will take advantage of every chance to.exploit his brother man.

I saw practically, how seemingly little things can humble the supposed 'great and mighty'

How the world's biggest market, China (that cannot as much as shut down for new year holidays or a weekly day of religious worship) has been closed for weeks(if not months), and they are totally okay with it.

How an invisible virus has held the world at an economic standstill, and even world powers with their nuclear weaponry can do nothing about it.

How faith healers and religious leaders are overrated.

How our acclaimed control and dominance over the earth (as humans) via technological discoveries is not as proficient as hyped.

Finally, how the things that happen and are seen, are controlled by the things which are invisible.

angry

A. Rich also cry. B. Our leaders need to have a rethink.

Based on these factors -

1. God forbid Buhari and Kyari die.... they budgeted billions for State House Clinic, someone swallowed it thinking they could always run abroad. Unfortunately Nigeria is a better destination now.

2. Kyari refused to self isolate feeling above the law... Buhari was rumoured to have waited to close the borders only when his daughter came in... we are all getting the blowback of their stupid decisions.

3. The same Nigerian facilities our leaders left decrepit are now their ONLY options now.

4. The same Buhari who's always itchy to travel abroad for trips that NEVER benefit Nigeria had to "manage" Argungu Festival in Kebbi State. Home is now very sweet for him.

5. Some lawmakers went to Dubai for frivolous reasons. Some went to lavish public funds in weddings in UK.They have been doing so for decades. Wouldn't it be poetic justice if they get Death as punishment for mercilessly wasting Nigeria's funds?

6. Europe and North America used to send us Africans back. For the first time in our lives... we are the ones closing our borders.

There's a lot of life lessons to be acquired from this pandemic.

1) It has taught me that God is supreme. Man is just at the mercy of God.

2) it has taught me that all of a sudden we are no more racist because we have one enemy

3) truly everything will fail but God won’t.

4) it has taught me the world could be a better place if we come together in unity forgetting race, culture, language and religion and combine our head together we can replicate garden of Eden.

5) the end of the world is easy (Bible prophecy).

All of a sudden everyone is focused on survival. But the life of a politician and a common man just matter. Thank God for Real Scientists and Ministers of the gospel, they are the ones keeping the thin line separating man from extinction.

If the world Adhere to the prophecies of God’s servants around the world, scientists will have lesser jobs to do. But no, we have all been blinded with head knowledge and everything must be scientifically proven if not it is not accepted.

May God heal the world in Jesus name amen

Simple, the lesson is for our greedy leaders..

Nigeria is just like a man who instead of renovating and improving his house, spent money and nights in hotels around him.

Now all the hotels are closed and he is forced to go back home and stay in his house.

Can you see how they're now visiting our abandoned hospitals and the almighty Aso rock clinic without paracetamol?

It taught us that Nothing is impossible and in an instant of a blink of an eye, the whole world can change simultaneously.
And many other things we come up with in our time of soliloquies.

Overall, It brought us much more closer to God

There is a God who reigns over the affairs of men and that this same God knows what to do when we humans feel that there's no need for Him in our daily lives.
HALLELUYAH
IF YOU WANT THIS PANDEMIC TO SUBSIDE FAST, THEN WE ALL MUST HUMBLE OURSELVES AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS A GOD WHO MADE US AND REIGNS OVER US.

For the first time in human history, the entire world is focused on one problem.

The virus makes us fear for our health. It imprisons us in our homes and steals our productive time. The virus makes us value our health. It delivers us to our homes and gives us free time. Let’s become the healthiest we’ve ever been

As a force of nature, the virus is going to shatter many social untruths that we swallow just to get along.

The religious person will see it as a wrath from God hence make them more fearful of his supremacy. The Atheist will be more convinced that religion is weak because everyone is hoping on science for cure..

Lastly healthcare and Education are the most important sector in the economy.

Health is indeed wealth....

The politicians are worst hit, the elites are in panic
Billions upon Billions spent and nothing to show for it, by the way, the results that we know are for only the people tested, many people haven't and will not be tested ,
pastors have quickly gone online, can you imagine? prophets now wear masks?
Imams are jumaating in isolation.
None of them even hears from God anymore.
No righteous one amongst all of them to tell us what God has said.
Someone said God said tomorrow corona would be a thing of the past.

Listen Carefully.

I tell you, most of them will say, but I healed the sick in your name,
I will say to them, I do not know you.

Listen Carefully once again.
Boost your immune system ,
Drink lots of water
Be ultra careful and practice basic hygiene.
Stay Safe

Most Importantly

PRAY!

God loves you

We will overcome this one.
