Not just from 2019. I caught one recently using a 2017 account. Some even have older accounts. And they will look so genuine. What gave out the one I caught was that he used the picture of one very pretty girl. "She" made a comment about how "she" doesn't like d1cks (obviously to woo over dumb guys).
So I checked out the picture doing a reverse image search on google. It turned out the pretty girl is a model and not even a Nigerian.
