So I finally went for ANC after skipping my previous appointment, Myself and hubby went with a gallon of sanitizer,Nose mask and handgloves but we were told to remove the gloves and sanitize our hands only
Everything went well @38 weeks, Baby's Movement eh, Contractions and inability to walk is doing me shege... But I believe it will end it praise

Someone told me to drink Ewedu that it helps during delivery,is it true abeg?

That's right. Ewedu is very good during delivery. Squeeze the leave and stem together adding little water to it and drink. You can find the attached useful.

I didn't go for antenatal yesterday because of the lockdown the worst part is that as an early April mama, am yet to buy baby things. I pray the whole lockdown issue ends soon.

The heaviness and tightness no be here again. Sleep nko? Na war. All the same may the lord's name be praised for bringing us dis far.

Why not patronize Zaynie before she runs out of stock? I'm glad I got the few things I needed from her.

Please momma how often can the lipton be taken biko? I also don't want big baby that will give me tears abeg.

If I eat bfr brushing at night, I will throw up everything I ate so I brush bfr eating. Same with in the morning. The vomiting doesn't just come for me, brushing triggers it. Maybe u should check what triggers yours teamie.

Please is it normal to be vomiting � at. 22weeks. Every night is vomiting Episode for me for a week now.. no headache no fever but at night i cant keep food down and i have heart burn even if I don't eat food or anything spicy at night.

You can definitely go. Hospitals are exempted from the lockdown and if the policemen stop you, you can tell them where you’re headed

I didn't go for the ANC, as DH said he won't lemme put myself at risk. Had to call a staff at the general hospital who said i should not bother coming unless i have a complaint. We are 25 weeks gone and baby's kick is not from here. I pray this corona lockdown/crisis will be over soon.

Some vomit till delivery. Just be sure to take enough fluid. If possible check if there are certain foods that trigger the vomiting. Reducing the amount you eat at a time may be helpful too. As for heartburn, it’s part of the package. Talk to your doc for sth that can relief it. A glass of milk may help or mist mag

Fellow moms, is it bad taking cold water in pregnancy because that’s the only thing I can take down and satisfying?

Fellow moms, is it bad taking cold water in pregnancy because that’s the only thing I can take down and satisfying?

Everyone keep complaining that I should stop so it won’t affect my baby

Abeg Abeg, nobody should come and tell me about not drinking cold water joor. For this weather, wetin I go con dey drink o. I drink my cold water steadily jare. No time. Someone even said to me "ha!, your baby will be sneezing and running nose o". Chai! Preggies Don suffer. I just told her this isn't my first or second Preggy and I drank cold water during the two pregnancies.

Is mucus plug a sign that baby will show anytime soon. I saw mucus plug at 37 weeks during my last pregnancy, I went to hospital same day & saw I was 3cm dilated, it didn't progress due to placenta previa so I had a CS.
Today I noticed small mucus on my laps,(I've not been wearing panties for some time now due to discomfort, so I can't say if it already came out before without notice), I've gone to toilet thrice today & urinated like never before last night. Also, baby has really been kicking the past few days plus I noticed a very white watery discharge about two days ago. I'm confused if I should go to the hospital because I don't want them to goan start doing that their vagina examination & besides I'm just 32wks gone. I don't want to talk to anyone about it before they start causing me to panic or putting fear in me, my people do that alot. I don't want to born now ooooo

I have malaria, I know because I know how I feel. Am a regular customer.

I know what to take on a normal day but now am pregnant and cannot go to the hospital. You know what's is in town currently.

Since we are all pregnant women here I feel someone will know malaria drug that can be used by a pregnant woman.

Thank u, I was discharged today . I'm feeling better already. D doctors and nurses in my new hospital have plenty sense and are so nice. I did my first antenatal with them and confirmed baby is also fine.
