Try and Google "Covid-19 recoveries around the world" then it will answer your question.

It is a virus, so you treat the symptoms associated with the virus and with that, you wipe off the virus from your system and create antibodies against those symptoms

Don't mind him. Ppl even recover without any treatment just by keeping their immunity up. Most viral disease don't have drugs, the doctor just makes sure there are no underlying diseases that will bring your immunity down so that the virus cannot take over.
It is only the elderly with weak cells and other diseases that it hits badly.
